It was a busy night line of cars ! Which was awesome. I didn’t mind that at all what i minded was the rude lady taking my order who obviously wasn’t paying attention to me ordering because HUH kept coming out of her mouth or what cha say. When i was speaking loud and clear for her. Either way.. i have a big family of 5 and i was ordering obviously meals for them and the two add ons of the new white ranch fry things (Which are amazing) I literally got down to 1 last meal so after 10 minutes of ordering. I order the Deluxe box and she then tells me (To be honest with u we dont have enough nacho cheese to fill ur order) (we just have enough for the nacho bell grandes) well thats weird because half of the things i ordered had nacho cheese included.. why couldn’t she tell me literally after i ordered the nachos which was the very first things u ordered.. anyways we solved the issue and then i proceeded to finish ordering the box and for her to say to be honest we dont have any beef .. like WHAT? Im like okay but the box is Steak (me not getting it the tacos have beef ??♀️) she tells me so u want just steak then..im like no i want the box that comes with steak shes says (Ma’am the TAAACCCCOOSSS have beef the BUUURRITTTTOOOOOO has beef so u just want all steak OK let ME add that) im like OHHH okay my bad well idk if thats what i want because the whole bill is going to be .90 more for each item for steak so im like hmm she basically yellss at me ( Ma’ammmm Id go to the one on Euclid because we dont have beef) someone in the background (YEAH THAT BIG ORDER HAS TO GO) okay so i drive off mad just to see her at the window LAUGHING. Crazy..
Have gone there a few times recently, and every time they've forgotten something. It's always something small, so haven't felt an urge to go back and have them correct it. Today however I did decide to go back inside and get my cinnamon twist that I paid for, but did not receive. Simply asked the counter person for the item, and while I'm waiting I hear another worker in the bad make a remake along the lines of "She really came call the way back in here for a cinnamon twist?" This was unnecessary and rude. Managers on duty not only need to improve their quality control, so customers don't have to "come all the way back in there" to attain items they paid for, but should also have conversations with their staff on basic customer service skills.
They have screwed up my order here more then a couple times. I understand no one is perfect but shorting me food and putting the wrong items on my taco and the worst breakfast I’ve ever had I’m not going to be returning to this location
Everyone is nice but I keep having problems. I just got home and found out I paid for the big nachos which is what I wanted but its small and has no tomatoes and stuff it normally has. Also every time nacho fries come out they never have them even on their shipment day. Either close it or get it together. Glad I spent full price for just meat cheese and chips
The drive through is only wide enough for sub-compact cars. It is extremely narrow. If you are in a full size truck or SUV. Go some where else or you risk rubbing your tires or rims.There were a young male and a female taking my order over the speaker. They were laughing and were very unprofessional. I almost drove off. I asked for hot sauce and at the window as well. Guess what? None.
Has been messing up my order everytime. And they coat their food is to much sauce and that’s all you can taste. Very strongly disappointed in Taco Bell. Never going back
The best Taco Bell in town Bay cities lucky to have these people fast friendly service good food clean and neat place
Same as every other taco bell. Pretty fast drive thru service. Tacos were grease and light on other toppings.
Whoever makes the food here needs to be fired. Almost every time I've came through here either something is missing or the food is sloppy and falling apart.
I went through the drive through today ordered 3 items 1 of which was wrong and the other one had a hair in it. They happily exchanged the wrong order but I didn't find the hair till I got home. Very grossed out and probably won't be back for a while.
