ZERO STARS!!!!This location is under terrible management. Customer service is non existent.Having given multiple chances over 4+ years, after spending hundreds of dollars in this specific location (as it is 2 blocks from my house) I am speaking from experience. When at about midnight to order Taco Bell through the drive-through and I asked for a lot of hot sauce for a large order (9 items total) and they put no hot sauce in the bag. I knew that this might happen so I pulled up to the window and asked if they would add some extra hot sauce and the man at the window assured me that it was policy that they could only add hot sauce due to the amount of items on the order. Rather than getting at least one hot sauce, I ended up with no hot sauce plus they forgot an item on my order. Worst Taco Bell in Bay City.
They used to be decent, but the last 5-6 times I've ordered I've had nothing but issues. Missing items, unable to refund things that I paid for and they were out of because I used the app, but then you cant refund using the app, etc. Go to any of the other taco bells, this isn't the one.

I wish there was a option for zero stars! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!!! My boyfriend and I go here regularly and are finally going to be taking business to the many Taco Bell’s in baycity this location NEVER can get a order right every single time we’ve gone through there’s something either missing or wrong and when I call get attitude until finally sorry not sorry but have attitude back! Luckily we know the area coach for this location so he will be aware of this! DO BETTER!!! All you have to do is get a order right it’s not that hard!
You never leave this location with all your items!!! And they never give your your money back you just have to drive back or get the rest of your order another day. I don’t want to go back tomorrow for my items I ordered them TODAY for a reason!! I wish zero stars was an option.
Came to this location today and got the chicken chalupa the tortilla was cold and hard. It tasted a week old. all of the ingredients were ice cold as well. I called and talked to the "manager" and he said all food leaves the store at 180 degrees. I don't think he knows what he is even talking about. Obviously he has no food service experience at all. He was very rude and should be fired for his rudeness and LYING to paying customers. Said he couldn't do anything for me. All I wanted was for my food to be remade fresh. Your location should be ashamed of itself for hiring such incompetent shift managers.
Be zero starts if could be went on Feb 14th chicken chulpa were unedible.... Called to talk manager argues with saying there nothing wrong and was rude. Never spend money here. Customer service sucks and waste of $20.... Some manger name started with C was helping me and was rude arguing about the food. I worked one before there not supposed to be like that you guys are terrible
Got a chalupa it was cold like the chicken was frozen still. I was like 5 bucks for a chalupa and it’s not edible so I go back through the line to tell them and got treated like it was my fault he didn’t believe me asked for the chalupa and stuck his finger in it right in front of me. Then said huh I guess it is cold. Then the window is still open and I can’t repeat on here the swearing and bashing I heard twards me.Ii guess it was my fault they served me frozen chicken . I was actually afraid to eat the replacement. I threw it away knowing they did something to it.
Ordered three separate things hoping that one would be correct. Not a single thing was right. No receipt in bag. Food was cold.
