The subs were well prepared as requested, and very delicious. The [only] employee there was courteous and professional, despite the seemingly large volume of incoming customers. Hope more staff is hired in the future.

Couple days ago I was running from a bad guy and I ran into subway I was greeted by this jacked guy named Ben he looked like the Incredible Hulk and I told him there was somebody chasing me he said fear not citizen I will save you then he fought him off then he offered to make a sub for me thanks BEN!!!

I have worked down the road from this subway for 2 &1/2 years and come often for lunch , every time Ben has taken care of my order , the order is correct and it is done promptly. It makes a difference when someone actually cares about their work and Ben does that. Fast , Friendly and excellent customer service !

I waited at the drive-thru a long time to place my order (I was at the speaker waiting) then while I was in the middle of placing my order the gentleman I was speaking to told me that I needed to wait again, this of course took a long time.So I give up and go inside, other than the two employees there was no one else. The gentleman apologized but the woman admitted they were goofing around and she was picking on the gentleman.They are lucky I already had so much time invested and the fact I really didn't want to drive to anywhere else, because I would have bailed on this order.

They have a drive thru and it slows the whole process. I went inside and was third in line. I had to wait 25 min. Not a quick process.

Terrible customer service. I normally order online to take advantage of their coupons, etc. but for some reason their ordering system was erroring out on multiple devices, so it must have been an issue on their end.I decided to go in person and was sure they would honor their online coupon due to their system error, but they refused to do so. I hope that $3-4$ was worth them losing a regular customer.

Just had the best service we’ve ever had at a Subway! I always order the same veggie sub and believe it or not, the one I just ate was the best one I’ve had (perfect amount of everything and constructed beautifully). The 2 people who waited on us were so friendly and worked hard to accommodate my husband’s hunger but inability to chew anything (mouth surgery). The soups have been discontinued for the warm season so they offered to super chop up something for him or get him some tuna salad in a bowl. Both solutions were good and my husband chose the tuna. We were so doggoned impressed by the kindness we were shown and by our lunch. Thank you to those employees.

0 stars, 0 classI was at 6180 Westside Saginaw Rd location @ 5:40pm tonight, where I waited approximate 17 minutes. The only car in front of me ordered 1 sub and 1 plain pizza. I ordered 2 ham sandwiches.The bacon wasn't warmed/cooked, the toppings were incorrect, I was overcharged for add on toppings and shorted them, and we were subsequently late for the Loons baseball game. I called and asked to speak to the manager. At 6:05pm when I spoke to the manager she only offered for me to return to the store immediately. I told her I could not as we were already late for the game. I informed her I doubted she would still be open after the game. I asked her how she wanted to make it right. She had 0 suggestions and a big attitude. I asked for her first name. She refused to give it to me. I told her I would never visit that location again, she told me "then don't" and hung up on me.Classy way to run a business!!!
