Don’t go inside or you will wait forever. Drive thru is priority. Counted over 30+ cars go through while we waited for 2 drinks inside…….45 minutes!
Omg, the worst Starbucks experience ever! 23 minutes AFTER order to get food and a drink via app order. App said 8 min, arrived at 10 min, food was done but had to wait another 15 minutes for my drink. And they were incredibly rude. If I weren’t a nicer person I would’ve thrown that drink in their face and walked out. I will never ever visit this place again. It was so bad… I don’t typically do reviews unless prompted, and I’ve never done a negative review of anything like this!
Ordered through the app and still had to wait 20 mins for my drink, breakfast sandwich was getting cold! They were busy but not that busy! I had to ask twice for an update on my order…horrible customer service and wait. I’ve never had to wait for a mobile order or even in line for that long at any other Starbucks! Will never come back to this location!
Everyone is very friendly who works here. If they are backed up, I understand because they make great drinks! Recommend to anyone looking for a good coffee beverage.
The filthiest coffee shop I have ever been in. Disgusting. Location on Wilder in Bay City. I usually love Starbucks. I wish there was a minus 10
Did a mobile order placed order at 12:20 & order was due to be ready at 12:35. Went into store and there was about 20 people waiting for there orders from mobile pick up. They made sure they were getting drive thrus orders done because the line was out to the street. I had 2 food items which I got relatively quick. Questioned my 2 drinks and one employee stated ‘‘twas next up, 3-4-5 drinks go out . Asked another employee where the rest of my order was politely and she goes there are 3 more orders ahead of yours. I finally got my drink at 12:55. This is supposed to be a fast place nobody wants or has time to wait like that for coffee. Very disappointed in the service and cooperation of the staff. Will not be back to this location. They need to navigate orders better. Or stop accepting mobile orders after a certain point. I was polite as possible but I could not say the same for some of the people who had been waiting 20+ mins for their order.
I love the service here. People are so friendly and sweet. The coffee drinks and tea is so yummy. All of it.
Love love love this location! Coffee? Always good. The team members? Amazing. So friendly and welcoming every single time I go through. I ordered a cake pop and they sang me the “Captain Earth” song! The only Starbucks I go to because of their amazing team members!!
Paid for a full coffee but didn't get a full cup.My boyfriend got me coffee on his way home and didn't drink anything out of it. He said there was a lot of foam on top and by the time he got home (literally 5 minutes) it looked like this. Absolutely ridiculous.
Friendliest employees! Enjoyed a nice vegetarian breakfast sandwich.
