Great service food was great and kept the biscuits coming!!
we went to red lobster when GPS messed up...so glad we did...food was amazing...the drinks were fantastic...I had a strawberry pi na colada type drink...well 2. yumm yumm...my sister is a manager of a restaurant so im pretty quick to know if I like our server or not...Emma...was wonderful!!!! thanks for making my birthday lunch so great Emma!!!
Dinner was great. We had the lobster bake and specials. It was an adult birthday. This location is clean, friendly and calm. We enjoy that. One thing tho (not gonna dock a star but...) stop with the odd biscuit counts. When it's just two of us the biscuit basket will have 3 in it. We had four this time and instead of looking just ordered more baskets. It's dumb.
My shrimp stuffed flounder with lobster sauce was AMAZING! my boyfriend's meal was meh, but our crab stuffed shrimp rangoons were delicious as well!
We go every year for Lobsterfest and my St. Patrick's Day birthday. As always the food was amazing and our server was so kind and fast. Wish they were still doing the comemorative cups to memorialize the event, we have one for every year we have gone since 2013, but it was still a wonderful experience.
I felt so welcome at the Red Lobster in Bay City Michigan I've been there many times throughout my life for several years but this day was totally different there was a different atmospherethe supervisor treated me like I was part of the family as well as the waitress that waited on my table she helped me find the right seat, the right spot that fit my picky requirements she then talked me through the dishes,I was very impressed with the first dish i ordered, as always, the flavored garlic with oil & butter with very large shrimp in a small dish,but when you are always welcomed at any "Red Lobster" with a warm embrace, the food actually tends to taste much much better,The second main dish i ordered was,"Wally's Shrimp", breaded with one of there many secret recipes, and i never forget a small dish bit of tarter sauce on the side,,My third main dish, was a 7' 0z "Rock Lobster tail", cooked to order, i like mine grilled and yet tender, added to my setting was a small dish of butter garlic & oil,, for dipping,, I left with a full tummy and a smile on my face...
I truly try to give the best rating. We were a party of 6 for my daughter's birthday. Food was cold when recieved, mine must have been done first because it was for sure reheated. I had asked for them to bring her dessert and such for brithday. We say for about 20 minutes to get food, then waited another 20 for the dessert that never came. Waitress was not happy I had cash and card to pay and had to stop to help me do it. I sar waiting so long after the disappointing dinner that my party went and waited in car. 160 dollars for disappointment.
Love the new menu. There are new combo possibilities. I had Walt's shrimp with clam strips which was not a thing last year. Good job!

It probably was our last time there. Terrible...horrible service. Rob was our waiter, Rob was rude and dismissive. Im not sure why he just wanted nothing to do with waiting on us. I had to send my strawberry margarita back..it had zero flavor im pretty sure it had a teaspoon of tequila.. when they brought me a new one it was pink..but did not taste very strawberry ish or tequila ish. Our food was...subpar. there was an entire lettuce leaf in my salad. Not cut..whole like would fit on a sandwich. Got biscuits, asked for more...Rob brought us the bill. Then after waiting for 10 minutes..no Rob..Rob walks all over, no where near us..I flag down the manager, tell her..it was the worst experience ever, etc. She offers some buiscuts to take home, We gave her our gift card and we left NO tip. Now mind you, my husband is a great tipper, always very generous and even more so when we use a gift card. Rob lost out. Bad Rob.
