Never had an issue with my order until last week. Ordered five sandwiches and every last one of them were COMPLETELY DRY. Requested extra tartar sauce on two of the fish sandwiches, it was like they never even put any sauce on at all. Called to speak to the manager to voice my concern, he told me my complaint was impossible, because he made the sandwiches himself. Well, he made them dry, he also told me the GM would call me the next day, no one ever called. Ridiculous that my valid complaint was so easily dismissed, and to not be valued as a regular customer where no one even has the common decency to touch baseand listen to their customers. Thumbs down on service and customer service skills. Will not be back!!!

Awesome service and awesome food. Love their fries the most but their burgers are big and they have a variety of them. They have a dual drive thru service and can get you going real fast.
