I ordered the monsterella sticks because of them having the fry seasoning and there was no difference. All the employees were very polite
Stopped in today to get myself a rally Burger started eating my sandwich and found a cinnamon tag. Now when I go back to the drive-thru they're going to look at me like I did it but you can clearly tell it's from Rally's and I'm going to ask me if I want a new one it's a tag for cinnamon not even offered a refund back.
Food was hot, fast, and delicious. Tried the new Fry Seasoned Chicken Tenders and they were amazing!Just wish they had remembered my BBQ sauce ?
Vary friendly cashier, only reason for the one star. The correct order was repeated and I confirmed. Once I brought home the delicious Rallys we expected was truly disappointing. I di call to explain and did not receive a proper greeting as I did with the cashier. Fortunately you have people who want to work but mabe help the care about what they do.
We stopped by the rallys along Columbus ave and the food was normal, but this review is about the red haired lady who appeared to run the shift, from our order being kind of mixed up from us not really knowing what we wanted etc , she never missed a beat, every item was correct. From her pleasant demeanor, to the other workers looked new as they kind of looked lost but she appeared to keep them on page while helping them along. She just really blew our minds.

The fact that this place can somehow manage to sell 1 dollar burgers and cones amazes me. At that point, it doesn't matter how good the food is
Filled me up for cheap the mother cruncher was excellent and the drinks are huge the small was the size of a typical large and dont get me started on the large drinks.
