In and out fast. Good food. I had the honey walnut shrimp. It was quite good not too sweet. I will go again and try other entrées.
The worst Panda Express experience I have ever had and I visit Panda Express locations regularly! Our orders were incorrect with the wrong meats. They forgot the teriyaki sauce on my teriyaki chicken. The fried rice was so over cooked and mushy that I actually threw it away. Save your money and go to other locations.
Our Bay City Panda Express is great! Very friendly and attentive staff. I love the super greens option instead of rice (I'm lo carbing).
Food is okay. Kinda dry and you can tell it’s not fresh. I love Panda. I think this one would be better with better employees. I think everyone when getting a job with food so treat it how they want their food treated. Do you want dried out chow mein ? Prob not.
I understand it was 40 min before they close but the girl in the drive thru didn't even let me order, just started mumbling off things they didn't have I couldn't understand her at all and she didn't give me a chance to even speak. Just left, obviously bad choice to come here even tho they are open.. I'd rather not spend money where the customer service is lacking.

Great staff, manager is a saint. Best Panda I’ve ever been to hands down.
Literally the worst experiences at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. Terrible customer service, employees seem a bit incompetent. Every time I think they’ll be better next time, they somehow manage to be even worse. Don’t waste your time, money, or effort into even considering this place as an option. Drive to Saginaw or Midland and actually have a good experience. Honestly don’t know how they’re still in business.
It's ok. They seem to be out of menu options pretty frequently lately. I have young picky eaters so it's rough when their go-to's are out.
Ordered through drive thru because lobby was closed due to short staff. While trying to order the lady was really rude and wouldn't let us speak and when trying to correct a problem on the screen the worker would not give us a chance to speak! I get it you're short staff but don't take it out on your customers. If there wasn't 8 cars behind us we would of backed out and went somewhere else. Also, after telling her our order was wrong on the screen we can hear her raise her voice at another staff member or a customer * hint hint make sure your mic is off if you're going to raise your voice*
