These employees care 1,000% more than AUBURN LOCATION. They smile good quality food. Always consistent. And then there is Auburn. What's the deal with that location. Food is always terrible. They need help big time. They wouldn't answer the phone. Waited in line for 10 mins for breakfast then an additional 10 in the reserved. They do not care at the Auburn location. Thanks mackinaw for remaking my food when Auburn location wouldn't answer the phone and kept me waiting! You guys rock
It seems that almost every time I go to this place something is messed up. I went through the drivethrough for my order. They got the order wrong. I told them that through the second window. They said the order back to me; the order taker got it right, it was just not prepared right. They tried it again. It was messed up again. They did not want the first (incorrect) food back. Between the first time and the second time, I was able to get a decent meal. At this one location, if you are using the drivethrough, be sure to check your order BEFORE you leave the window to be sure that it is correct. Usually, if I want McDonalds, I go to a different one, even though it is farther away.
Manager is very nice. Lobby was closed and im in a semi truck, they went out of their way to serve me some food.
