Been coming here for a while, no issues. Come through the drive thru this time and get the wrong drink after waiting nearly 20 minutes, I come in to tell the person behind the counter only to get attitude. He tells me to dispise of the incorrect drink. I'm sorry, not my job. I'm not employed by McDonald's to do your job. I won't be back to this location ever.
I went through the drive thru after getting a tattoo so I didn't have to cook after not eating all day. I literally just got home and opened the bag to find a spicy chicken sandwich when I said 4d cause I can't handle spicy stuff at all and now I have to throw it away and make my own food. Wasted money and easter food. Not cool
Ordered a medium french vanilla cappuccino and an apple pie. Was shocked when I took a sip of my cappuccino and discovered that there was no sugar in it and no whipped foam at the top. McDonald's use to make great cappuccino's, but not sure what's changed.Also, when is McDonald's going to open their doors to the public? It's been two years. I'm sure families would like to have breakfast, lunch or dinner with friends and relatives on the weekends, but they go to their favorite restaurant instead. Most of the restaurants have opened their doors to the public, some with masks, some without and still spaced far enough apart. Some of the restaurants have plexiglass between them and the customer where needed. So, I'm sure you are losing customers to restaurants. Plus all those chairs and tables just sitting there empty.
I purchased a meal for my daughter on 2/23/22. The chicken nugget box was disgusting there was mustard smeared on it right when she opened the nuggets to eat. I called spoke w management they told me to come back through I was very nice about. I came through brought the boxed showed an employee who was at the window she was very kind and helpful and understanding she got her manager. The manager laughed pretty much in my face and said I know what that is and said it looks like mustard laughed and walked away. The employee was also disgusted and got me new nuggets. Never got a sorry for management I am so upset that this is supposed to be a manger ?! Very unprofessional.
I just love this place, love the customer service, (most times) the awesome deals (the Frappe daily deal is the best, in my opinion lol) and the food is good as well..
Hire people who care......., it's crazy how every ice cream machine at McDonalds is broken at 10pm all through Saginaw. Went to 3 different locations they all had the same phenomenon, lazy a** managers and associates that either broke down machine early to get out early or just lie that it's not working. I would give a zero if possible.

I always get a Carmel frappe and I was told that if you added espresso that it would be in a bigger cup because you are adding more liquid so you need a bigger cup, however I have received the coffee in different cups at different times and received multiple different answers on several occasions
The 2 fish filets were awesome and fresh along with the coke. Employees at windows were nice. Got a 3 for wrong change, short .25 cents and the mcdouble was 1 bite and my hubsand said it was nasty and he could not eat it.
Phone app is a hot mess and I have yet to get it to work right which has turned out completely stressful and frustrating every single time. This is a joke cuz drive-thru staff and even inside staff seem to know how frustrating it is because they can't do anything to make it work either. Sux for customers and employees ( they all have tried and been as helpful as they could be). What a mess McDonalds! And then the app doesn't explain how u can only get 1 reward per day and ya try to explain that to a car ,house,or team that only 1 outta all get reward, oh and at last minute at register after not being able not once to get anything we originally wanted to order. By then we have ordered more and not choice and in the end after being totally confused and mad ordered way more and way more money spent . Is this the real plan McDonald's?? I have tried a few times now to use app but not again because its a big money scam that leaves a sour taste and empty wallets. Wow wow wow
