I thought I loved this McDonald's but I guess I thought wrong I come at night and it's perfect I order the same thing everytime never a problem it is 2:26 p.m. right now so it must be different people working because today Tom and Bradly were rude and difficult. Just went to another Franchise ordered the same thing no problem:)

The McDonald's on tuscola rd. Best McDonald's in bay city! My go to items are the egg mcmuffin and the mcchicken. Friendly staff, and clean dining area.

I didn’t get what I ordered and when I called to complain they said they couldn’t do anything about it unless I drove across town and waste more gas that there not going to reimburse me! Not to happy! Never ever going to any McDonald’s again!!
