My experience at this McDonald's was wonderful. 5he girl who took care of my order was fantastic. While I was waiting on my order I noticed she had a few not so polite customers. Actually one of them was down right rude but she kept her cool and dealt with them accordingly. She handled herself very well. I just wanted to compliment her on that. Thank you young lady
WHEN AND WHY DID ALL THE MCDONALD'SSTART PUTTING A TEASPOON OF OREOS. CRUMBS INTO A FLURRY AND THEN DONT EVEN MIX IT INIF I WANTED VANILLA ICE CRE I WOULD HAVE ORDERED ITAND THIS IS NOT AN OPERATOR ERROR IS THAT EVERY SINGLE MCDONALD'S NOW THE SPOON THAT YOU GET HOOKS TO A MACHINE TO STIR THE MCFLURRY WHAT WAS THE WHOLE POINT OF DESIGNING THAT SPOON WHICH I'M SURE COST MILLIONS IF THEY'RE NOT GOING TO USE IT TO MIX THE COOKIES IN THE LITTLE GRAM OF COOKIES NOT EVEN HALF GRAM OF COOKIES DRIVE ME NUTS
We go to this McDonald’s at least 4 times a week, once a week inside. Even though you are supposed to use the kiosk to order, the employees are normally VERY helpful as I am alone with three small children and they take our order at the register. Yesterday the sign was gone saying that we had to use the kiosk so I went straight to the counter. I was told by an extremely rude employee that “you have to use the kiosk and if you don’t like it you can just leave”. What a joke, what happened to customer service? Also, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting! One girl, Christina, was the only nice employee in the entire restaurant. Of course, the extra rude woman was not wearing a name tag. I don’t understand why the employees can’t wait on the customers but they can all stand there and stare at customers struggling at the kiosk. We will NOT be back.

The staff was friendly, and our food order was correct. The store needed some cleaning, there were quite a few things on the floor both in the main lobby and in the playplace. The kids love coming here to play especially when the weather is bad and we can't play outside.
Worst experience at McDonald’s so far. Waited for 15 minutes for cold food. Forgot sauces. Asked for sauces. Never got them. Had to go in and receive attitude for them forgetting items. I would avoid this place and just go to the one a mile north
A nice young man was working the 2nd window and gave me the wrong order. I told him what I had ordered and he went to get a manager for help. The manager came back and stuck the order that was not mine out the window and told me to take it because, “you need to take this because this is what you ordered.” The young man looked embarrassed and then a few minutes later he went and found my food which was good but I had already waited in line for 15 minutes and he had asked me to wait but I just drove off instead because things were getting silly.
I will never come to this McDonald’s again their staff obviously don’t know what they are doing I’ve gone here a few times when I ordered cheese burgers with Etta ketchup.then I went to McDonald’s and orders a 10 pie ace nugget I got my sauce and fries but no nuggets I would not recommend them go to the one on wilder rd if you don’t want your food to be forgotten
Just to let you know , your manager at about 4: 15 today , got very very loud and rude with me today . I got 2 drinks inputted senior discount ( im 59) went over to the drink station like i always do and got my drinks, she yells across the room that she was going to charge me for a large next time. Apparently not thinking i was old enough ....all this over 50cents.So i put another quarter on the counter to satisfy her rudeness . Saturday feb 20
Me and my son had a wonderful time and our food was nice and hot.
