This is Ghetto Mac. Customer service is hit and miss, long waits sometimes, dirty. In fact the floors inside are slippery from grease. Other than the typical complaints this is just your average McDonald's. You should use the app here if at all possible to save time.What I do want to compliment though is some of the staff. Some of the staff, especially morning crew are some of the nicest fast food employees I have ever met.
Waited for 15 minutes after being pulled around for my latte, finally went inside to inquire on the status of it & waiting for 5 minutes as employees stood cluelessly / avoiding eye contact only to finally be told “oh what kind did you want?”... they hadn’t even started it. Not to mention there was no one else there waiting on an order, and 6+ employees. (I have NEVER once wrote a negative review on any business page. But, I have NEVER had a good experience at this particular McDonald’s.)

First I do not like having to use a machine to order my food.Second it took almost 15 minutes to obtain 1 Children's meal. A staff member came up and said who got the Happy meal.There was more than enough staff to handle the customers. I was extremely disappointed in the service. And to add to this once I was finely obtained my orders and went out and started to my next appointment, the burger and fries were cold. I ended up throwing it away.
Friendly smiling employees especially the lady that hands you your order in the drive thru, she is very friendly, respectful, smile on her face and has a bubbly personality, makes my morning everytime I interact with her. My order is always right, food is fresh and hot.
This McDonald’s is always fast in the drive-through and workers are very friendly
Went here and got a fairly large order. Missing a complete meal, fries were only filled a quarter of the way. Got a wrong sandwhich and missing 2 other sandwhiches and rung up an extra pop and i said i didnt order which i should have taken anyways since i paid for it. The lady took our order and i was trying to tell her what i wanted and she said " were you talking to me?" Uhh duh...then when we got our food i asked the other lady at the next window if one of our chickens was spicy and she said no. It was indeed spicy. Wouldnt fix it. Defiantly choosing a different mcdonalds next time
Finest McD's around. Great water pressure at the sink. Floors nice and clean. Staff very friendly and attractive. All light bulbs working. Food was good.
Jan 27th do not come here with a car drive thru not been plowed very frozen almost bottoms out cars... It was even worse behind me in the picture but I told the people at the window they need to get that fixed they said they're not in charge of it so I had to post it on here
