We just had some delicious pizza from this Little Caesars & I've never been disappointed with my food from here. This crew here was busting their butt tonight despite impatient customers. The manager was making sure orders were taken care of and even offered something complimentary because I had to wait 15 minutes for fresh pizza. Oh well! Not everything is instant nowadays despite our drive thru mentality. I really appreciated the positive attitudes of the staff despite rude customers. Thank you Little Caesars and please pass this message onto the staff!
Hands down the best Little Caesars Pizza around. Their pizza tastes better for some reason. Great job guys.
Pizza was dry and bland. Then to make matters worse I ordered a medium because the guy working the counter said it's the only size they have now ??? Not wanting to drive any further I paid for it and it was very disappointing.
Wanted a cheese pizza with mushrooms and they put uncooked mushrooms on a cheese pizza and that's what I got. Avoid the one on center rd. bay city, MI
It's 6pm on a Thursday and the normal business hours say they're open until 10pm but the store is completely dark?
Appears closed. Guess they're not willing to pay even one worker enough to stay.Skip this one.
Pizza is decent. Not a good place to eat your pizza you just ordered in the comfort of your car in the parking lot without the cops being called on you for allegedly being drunk when obviously haven't and the bay city police officer have to waste there time for childish shenanigans when the bay city police officers could be focusing on real crime that actually happens.
I put one star bc when I called them and started to place my order, the woman I was talking to decided to hang up on me bc I asked what type of pizzas they have, I have never ordered from little Caesars before and I'm unable to look for a menu due to the little Caesars website glitching on me. I asked a simple question and I got hung up on! Even if their busy they shouldn't hang up on their customers, I work at McDonald's and even when we're going through the lunch rush we still respect or customers and answer their questions! I had to call again and start over, all because I wanted to buy my family dinner and they decided to be rude. I don't even trust eating their food anymore because their so rude I believe they might spit in it!!

Food is fast, The pizza is good especially for the price, the staff was the best part of this place. Super happy group! Great experience!
