I ordered a large Mac and cheese and got home and there was a piece of cardboard in the middle of it. Tried to call kfc several times with no answer.
Everytime I come here and order food there is an issue. I either leave and they don't put the right stuff in my bag. Or I wait at the window for over five minutes for one side to be made. They are always out of drinks, don't have ice, or no chicken made. Then they don't tell you any of that until you are at the window already. Place is horribly ran.
Do not waste your money or time! This restaurant is beyond horrible. Don’t even attempt going through the drive-thru as you will be there all night. After an excessive wait, the food is not even edible. This has happened on numerous occasions. No longer giving them a chance. Owners need to take notice of what is happening here. Disgusting.
They only gave me half of my order through the drive thru. I turned around, parked, and tried to go in the store to get the rest of the order. The door was locked, but several people were inside eating. This was a little after 8 pm. So, I tried calling. No one answered even after several tries when I went back in the drive thru line.I did end up getting my order, but the staff was unapologetic. They asked about a different order that wasn't correct. This appears to be the standard for this location.I won't be back and I don't recommend this location at all.
Received bad chicken, burnt crusty and could barely chew it just fell to pieces or was a rock and couldn't chew. Went back the next day for replacement bucket and same thing. Nasty. We won't be back. Flour under breading still white dry. Just gross and nasty.
Was very pleased I placed a order online with door dash and I wanted a special request so I called asked and they did what I asked completely very pleased.
Ordered online. 20 minute wait. Order was correct & hot. Great location.
So I went thru the drive thru. I asked for original recipe the guy told me that the wing would have to be extra crispy I was fine with it even though I don’t like it but it’s just one piece. I had said I was glad they had original. When I got home I had all extra crispy chicken and the potatoes and gravy had these really big chucks in the gravy was very gross like it was the bottom of the gravy and the coleslaw was super runny was not good I ended up throwing it all away. Was the worst Experience I have had at a KFC. I didn’t get my receipt either and I live 20 minutes away and really didn’t want to go back.
Shawn was more than patient during are very large order on Christmas Eve. Very hospitable work environment.
For how busy it is you’d think the food would be fresher. Disappointed.
