We don't eat out very often, so I was hoping to have a good experience at KFC on Euclid Ave. I had a coupon for the 16 piece meal. when we got home, the whole order was wrong. they asked me to bring it back so we did. took the food inside, asked for a manager who was Amanda who just grabbed the food bags then the same girl who waited on me the first time came and put 2 more bags up there. no apology for the inconvenience, no compensation, nothing. Come on people, learn some customer service. won't go back to that location, that's for sure.
I ordered 12 piece meal, four sides ($42). Was told there be a 15 minute wait. No problem, pull ahead to wait. I watch 8-10 cars both drive threw and walk-in come and go with their food. I’m still waiting, 45 minutes had passed. Worker comes out with food, Hands out to me then walks to the car behind me. Then proceeds to come back to me asking what I ordered, I tell her. She then takes the food from me and gives it to the guy behind me who ordered 10 minutes after I did. He drives away. Worker comes back, I tell her I been waiting 45 minutes for food when I was told it would be 15 minute wait, she said your foods coming right out sir. She comes back out a few minutes later and says it’s gonna be a 10 minute wait, would you like an extra side for your trouble? Hmm ? no thank you… I will take a refund though. Worker said it will take up to 24 hours for refund but never gave me a receipt, so we will see if I get ripped off. Never again will I order from KFC Euclid Rd.
$30 for food that had powder still in mashed potatoes, the fries were cold, no sauce in the bag, the breading on the chicken tenders was soggy and falling off and a 15 minute wait in front of the building when I was the ONLY car in line when I got there. Can’t call because no one picks up. Not pleased.
2 times within a 3 day period they made me wait 25 min for breast with my meal. I've never had a problem with the quality of my food at this location.
Bought a chicken dinner from your Euclld store today at 5 :00. There was 1 piece missing, the chicken was overcooked, shorted on the potatoes! When I say overcooked I mean it was obvious it had been fried twice ! Brought it back and you replaced the chicken with the same crap! No more KFC for me
I ordered a famous bowl no corn because I don’t like the corn from there, so I get home open the bag they forgot a fry they completely disregarded the fact that I did not want corn and on top of that their cashier was terrible you couldn’t hear her and when asked to repeat what was said I got a snotty attitude and when I tried to call and tell them it was messed up they didn’t awnser the phone very displeased and probably will not go to this kfc again poor management and cashiers, I can’t blame the food preparers because my order was wrong on the receipt to! Also your pop sucks all I can taste in both drinks is nothing but carbonation….
Went through the drive thru, had to wait, then when I got to window I asked for honey mustard and ranch dips. I was asked to pull up to wait. After a 7 minute wait they brought us our food, claimed we were all set. Drove 10 miles home to find, yes the right food (for a change) but BBQ and kfc dip, no ranch or honey mustard. The chicken strips were good, but I think they changed vendors for the cole slaw, it wasn't as good as it used to be, just alright.
Too expensive for the product. $4.99 for a side chicken breast is ridiculous to me. I like the taste but not the long wait time nor the prices. I will avoid this place in future.
What a joke this place is. Took 25 minutes for a 5 peace chicken meal that I had to just get my money back on. Only time in my life it costs me money for no food cus I only have a 30 minute lunch and it took that long just not to get food. Will never go back there until they get someone with a brain or motivation in there.
