Received wrong pizza. When I called was told it was the same price. No apology offered and the pizza was a disappointment. The salad was ok.
Got two calizons and boneless chicken. Sandwiches hardly had any meat or cheese. Just lettuce and tomato. Sucked. Chicken barely had any sauce and were dry. 10 employees standing around talking. I don't go to Jets very much because of their prices and with the really bad food this time I will probably not go back anytime soon.
Great place. I love the thin crust pizza. Its the best.
This place went from 1st to worst staff is rude. The customer service is completely gone. Wasn't like this a few months ago even when they said they forgot to start my order that a drove 20 minutes to pick up the manager said if ya want we can whip one up quick if ya want. All good things come to an end i guess R.I.P Jets
Possibly some of the best pizza that you can get! Friendly delivery drivers and great customer service in the store!
Not the same as it used to be. Just not as good. Salad messed up almost every time I order. Missing sauces frequently. For the price, it hasn't been worth it.
Called in my order the person was very rude was told 20 minutes got they they said they forgot to start the order. Time before that got the wrong order I would clean house these employees don't care about the customers sadly that will be my last order for the Bay City location.
I had a walk in order today. they gave my pizza to someone else I watched it happens the guy argued it wasn't his. 10 minutes later they finally asked what I ordered I tole them he then gave me same pizza he gave another guest that the guest opened and refused.. I said umm how long has it been in there I been standing here.. inthink it was anger in Duty said it was just put in there.. I stood there entire time i watched it all happen.. I go there a few times a month and sadly inwont be back.. 3 topping pizza looks like a 2 topping pizza they called me.a.lier about watching it sit there for 10 minutes after it was given out to Someone else.. this pizza is going in trash it sickens me
Was in store for over 7 minutes before 1 of the many workers to finally acknowledge that I was at the counter. The food was very good though.
I’ve been going to Jets for years and today I was reminded why; I was told my order wasn’t right and if I waited it would be taken care of. They offered a full refund and a pleasant attitude. I forgot to ask for the managers name to mention but I’m really grateful for my experience today. If I wasn’t already a lifelong customer I am now. I recommend this location to everyone. Great service, great pizza. Give the manager a raise.
