downhill crap service and food has gone down hill and dint get what you order
What place have you call back 45 min before they'd close just to tell you they're done taken orders . They obviously don't care about the customers order service, very unpleasant workers

Staff needs training on work ethic, customer service and menu knowledge. It’s a pizza place not Old Chicago with over 100 beers on tab.Maybe it’s only their Freeland store that offers the “hot n ready” pies (medium 1 topping) but, I got a feeling you don’t offer a product at one place without offering it at another.I walk in and ask the girl if they have one of their hot n readys available. I asked it the exact way I walk into Freeland’s store every time.Instead of informing me of different store policy or anything of the sort. She chuckles and said “only Little Ceasars or Dominos does that and *sarcastically* we are obviously not them.”Being the mature one in that situation I reminded her that the Freeland one doesInstead of retracting her unnecessary comment and apologizing for her entitled attitude. SHE TRIED TO ARGUE WITH MEI took my money to Little Ceasars and bought a pie from there. Pizza isn’t as good but at least there isn’t teenage divas treating willingfully paying customers w disrespect
Been a customer for years, and never had a bad experience. Everything from the pizza, nachos, and sandwiches are phenomenal! And at a great price. I try to spread my word out as much as I can. ?? bay city eudicis
This place is close by my work so when I didn't want to go home and make dinner I'd order pizza and grab it on my way back home. The staff has always been friendly. Good sauce, edge crust can be a little rough at times, but pairs well with their garlic butter dipping sauce. They have good lunch specials to get a meal that includes a drink and chips with their calzones which are like small pizzas folded in half and really enough for two people to enjoy.Sometimes I wish they would be more generous with their toppings, but overalla good menu and good tasting pizza. I have only had one issue with a much longer wait time than expected due to a huge order they filled for the local community college, so no complaints on takeout time or waiting.When they had a problem with their online ordering system they called immediately to check with me on my order. Their prices are also decent and they have regular deals on different kinds of meals.
Eudicis has the best pizza in town! That's all I've ordered so far, and I'm certain you will be quite pleased withanything you order! Staff is courteous, and pleasant. I always order for delivery, even if they say max 45 minutes during dinner time ( Very Busy ) my order always, always gets here in under 30 minutes. Don't forget to check the website with their menu and " Specials " ? I HAVE NEVER NEEDED TO PRESENT A PHYSICAL COUPON!Please do mention the specific "Special " the items and PRICE stated on their most recent flyer. Delivery personel is professional , and polite ? I like Eudicis Pizza, I like it a LOT ?????
My husband LOVES this place, however, I get chicken on everything I order from any pizza place and Eudici's chicken has been a rubbery odd texture everytime I've tried to stomach it for my husband's sake. They tend to over do it on the sauce a bit as well, making the pizza kind of soupy, and lite sauce is never enough. The cons outweigh the pros for the price point so unfortunately, we've given up and have continued our search for quality pizza in the Bay City area.
Good food but… I ordered double meat on one sandwich and there was only double meat on half of the sandwich. The wings are advertised as jumbo, they’re just regular sized. It’s all was tasty and will most likely order again.
Horrible experience there. Ordered pizza, picked it up, but when I brought it home it looked like this. We ordered extra cheese but got this; looks gross and there clearly was not extra cheese. Called to hopefully get a replacement pizza and the woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude, even after she put us on hold for 8 minutes. Did not apologize once and seemed annoyed that we even called. When we got there to pick the replacement up, the woman behind the counter seemed to have even MORE of an attitude once We arrived. She examined the original pizza and then proceeded to argue with me and say “this is extra cheese.” Again, did not apologize once. She then brought the replacement out and made snarky comments and then told me to get out. Asked to talk to the manager, she claimed she was the manager. Asked for her name, which she would not give me. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. P.S. was afraid to eat the pizza and ended up having to throw it out because I received nothing but attitude and annoyance from the moment I called. I will make sure I share this experience with all of my family and friends so they too don’t have to be treated this poorly. This is unacceptable behavior especially from a so-called manager. We have been fans and regular customers for ten years, but no more.I have never left a negative review for anything ever. This experience was so unpleasant that I felt compelled to let others know so they can determine whether they want to come here. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
