As far as burgers are concerned, Culvers is the best in fast food. Wilder road location is typically good in terms of service. The order taker was particularly good at asking questions to make sure our order was correct. That's good training. ? Our order was delivered to our car missing the fries so we had to go back in. Of all the places to eat in Bay City, we tend to stop here the most.
Today's flavor was chocolate caramel twist, picture looks like vanilla custard with Carmel swirls and small chunks of chocolate. I ordered 2 scoops via drive thru. Instead of 2 scoops in a single container, I got 2 SEPARATE cups of vanilla , a tiny swirl of caramel that I could barely find & a good tablespoon of some type of dry chocolate looking powder on top that looked like it belonged sprinkled on a piece of cake. This powder was way too much, too dry, & did nothing for this monstrosity! I stopped at the first gas station and tossed these in the trash. Very disappointed & I'm trying to see the humor in this, but haven't seen any so far. Waste of $6.13. Never got napkin's or receipt. Where was the supervisor overseeing this? I've been stopping at this location for about 1 1/2 years & was never disappointed. Until today. After this, I won't return.
Walked in to order, two other parties waiting for food. Stood at the counter watching staff refill supplies. Staff gathering food for drive thru. No one acknowledged I was there. Left without food. I've only eaten at Culver's a few times. The service has always been meh. BTW it's 830 pm on a Friday night. They are not swamped with orders. #frustrated.
Just goes to prove... paying employees more does not fix stupid mistakes...order same burger twice, just to have it made wrong twice.... unless the works is just onion ketchup and musturd...at Culver's ..pretty bad when burger King out ranks you
As an Oregonian new to Michigan, this is my first time trying Culver’s proper. I lived in Denver for a bit and that one was INSANELY slow (you guys are complaining about how this Culver’s is slow? That’s a joke.) so we gave up on even trying that one.I could smell burgers even from outside the restaurant. I got my food very quickly, like 5 minutes of waiting. I could tell my food was fresh and hot just by looking at it. I got a double bacon butter burger, fries, chocolate custard and pretzel bites with cheese. It was all hot and absolutely amazing! My husband who lives in Michigan a majority of his life always talked Culver’s up, but I never imagined fast food could taste so good.Was it greasy? Yeah, it’s a fresh burger and it was delicious. Are you eating fast food because it’s healthy? No and if you are, seek out a dietitian.Yes, the food may take awhile when they’re busy, but that’s because they literally still have to cook food. Unlike most fast food restaurants, they don’t keep their burgers in warmer drawers for two hours, throw it on your bun and microwave it to melt the cheese. Yes, this is literally how most fast food restaurants put your food together.Culver’s has become my #1 fast food place for when I feel worn out, don’t want to cook and don’t care about whether or not what I’m putting in my mouth is healthy.Service was nice as well, the girl who took our order was very kind and patient. They actually cared enough to make sure the customizations I made to my burger were correct. This almost never happens in fast food. It felt more like a family restaurant environment rather than a fast food burger joint.
Worst culvers ive ever been to. I absolutely love culvers, I was so disappointed. Long wait time, gave me my drink with my meal but not my fries, wife asked for a double she put in order as single. Nothing was correct, pleasant about the entire visit.
This was my first time eating at a Culver’s. I was impressed by the clean restaurant, friendly staff and delicious food. I hope they continue to strive to be the best fast casual food establishment.
If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Went through the drive through and was handed my concrete mixer and told to pull up and wait...it was hot out. Waited twenty minutes. There were multiple cars behind me. They got their food first and were gone by the time they came to me last. No apologies or anything. I will never return to culvers in Bay City again. The food was cold and soggy and the mixer was melted.
Always delicious food. May not be the fastest, but the food is always fresh!
This is by far the SLOWEST Culver's I've ever been to. The staff is friendly, but SLOW. The set-up of the building/drive thru isn't good. It's on a busy road and the speaker for the drive thru is right next to the road and is hard to hear over the traffic noise. They also do NOT allow online ordering, so you can't even order ahead. I avoid going to this location if possible, which is quite unfortunate.
