Always hungry when we go here but they give you good potions and I never leave there hungry.
Our family had a great experience there April 16th. The staff was very friendly, food was good and the restaurant was very clean. It was a very satisfying family experience. It is a very well managed restaurant. I worked with managers Daniel and Jim to help out with our large group and they work great.
It was the best! I had the breaded catfish. So delicious. My son and I were celebrating my 60th. birthday. I got a free dessert of beignet with butterpecan sauce. I must try! The service was wonderful! Grace was our service. So attentive. Loved her.
Cracker Barrel is always a great place to get a good "home cooked" meal. They are consistently good and the staff is always friendly. And when I say friendly I mean every employee we encountered said hi and had a smile on their face. When we pulled in they looked busy but when we went in we were seated quickly. The gift shop is always great to look around plenty of goodies to treat yourself or someone you love. An enjoyable experience. Good food, good service and a wonderful environment.
My family had just walked away from an accident on I75 half way to our vacation destination. The Sheriff's deputies took us to the Cracker Barrel on E Wilder St in Bay City. We were shaken up and Daniel Darling the Associate Manager took control. He found a spot for all of our suitcases and found a table for us to process what had happened. Daniel made sure we were taken care of the whole time and showed much grace in letting us stay there for over 2 hours while we waited for transportation. The food of course was great, but it was the care and consideration Daniel and his staff showed my family. It was welcomed reprieve to an awful situation and Daniel, his staff and Cracker Barrel over delivered and we appreciate it.
Our waitress was so attentive. That's how service is supposed to be and all the waitresses at cracker barrel were friendly. Checked on you. I didn't even have to ask for a refill my iced tea. She saw the glass was a quarter of the way and brought me an iced tea. Me and my wife we were treated like royalty keep going cracker barrel
We both had the chicken dinner and it wasn't as hot as we would of liked it to be. Our Waitress was nice but she was in a hurry & realized it was bc she wanted to go home. She gave us our bill shortly after our meal
We meet my parents here once a month for breakfast and have always had a really good experience with the staff. This time however we did not have a very pleasant hostess. She showed us to a table that had people close behind us and us being bigger sized would have been bumping chairs so we asked for a table with more room and there were plenty of open tables as they weren't busy. She clearly was not happy about this and rudely picked up the menus, rolled her eyes, said well I guess and guided us to a table we asked to sit at. We got through breakfast with a wonderful waitress and training waiter when the hostess came over to ask if we needed something because we were looking at an antique and talking about it. My husband asked for a to go cup to put his lemonade in and she brought him a cup and no lid. He just ended up dumping the lemonade because no one was around for a lid as we were leaving.
We stopped in for dinner last night. March 18, 2022. We've always loved the atmosphere as well as the fireplace. Couldn't have asked for better service. The waitress, Grace, besides adorable was absolutely amazing. She was fast, friendly, professional, not afraid to look me in the eye, and quick to take care of empty dishes. She made us feel very welcome as well as making it obvious her job actually meant something to her. A full 10 out of 5 rating for her. The food was also fantastic. We didn't have to wait long, and everything was exactly as we ordered it. We will definitely be back.
