Our 1st Boba experience. My daughter and I got the fruity flavored ones, pineapple coconut with mango pearls for mine I think? My daughter got a raspberry lemonade with lemon pearls. My husband tried the original milk tea. It was great and we'll be back when visiting Bay City again
I was going to this place for months before almost a month ago. Now I working there. Probably the best Mom and Pop shop you can come to! I'm brutally honest and tell it like it is. That being said, I don't think I'd want to work anywhere else honestly. Yes I know it's just a tea shop but it's more than that. It's like family! If a drink is made wrong or you don't like it they will make sure you leave satisfied! They are a new establishment and just like any place they learn new ways to do things through trial and error! That's how we learn greatness! Have a problem with a drink let them know and they will be more than happy to help you. They care about their customers and their staff! And honestly if you have something Negative to say about the place it's probably personal because something didn't go your way. The owners desire to ensure you have the best experience possible is beyond any other establishment I've came encounter with. If there came a day I didn't work there I would still say the same! I'm extremely thankful and happy that they chose me to join their family. It's odd to say I miss being at work when I'm not at work but it's true. And to have a job like that is beyond a blessing! Because who misses being at work!?
Absolutely fantastic! Amazing atmosphere, boba, and mochi. The employees were very VERY welcoming and friendly! Their service is also very quick! I ended up getting their "strawberry lemonade" and it was amazing! I'm not from Michigan, I'm from Florida and one of the employees told me to compare the boba up here to the boba down in Florida, if I'm being truly honest, the boba from Cei's is wayy better!! They have so much more to choose from on their menu and I'm hoping to stop by there again and try new flavors of their fruit and milk teas!! ?
Popping bubble tea is fantastic! Had the strawberry lemonade and the Citrus one. Lots of popping bubbles! Also the mochi is top-notch!Very cute very clean place inside.
Been here several times and have not been disappointed a single time. The drinks come large and worth the price. They're delicious! Clean environment, great customer service. ?
Absolutely love this place! Never had a thing to complain about. The first time I went I got a strawberry milk tea with yogurt bubbles and it tasted like a cheesecake! The owners and the people are very friendly. 10/10 would recommend ?
Not sure if you guys are aware, but the Boba is too big for the straws. Been here twice, both times had this happen. 90% of the boba is already popped by the time it hits your mouth from the straw. Tea tastes great, just wish the straw wouldn't pop the Boba.
Delicious bubble tea! The atmosphere was very welcoming, large open spaces with multiple seating areas. Menu was much larger than I was expecting. The drink (strawberry) was well blended and tasty! Can't wait to come back and try more flavors.
One of our favorite places to BOBA!!! They have great drinks and other snack products. Cute space to enjoy your order as well! The staff is very helpful and suggestive in their recommendations. We will continue to come back!
Had never tried bubble tea before, staff was very helpful and gave us free samples of both the warm and water tea bubbles to try, even had a gummy worm for the little one! ? We enjoyed our order very much and will be back!
