The ingredients for burgers are old. Management is trash. If you ask for cheese on a impossible burger you will get 3. Shut it down.
If i could do zero stars i would. Order food was told to go sit down and they would call out my name when food is ready. My son and I got our drinks sat down watch customer come in an a not go out for 20+ minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I notice a few people that order before us got there food and was almost done eating. Walked up there and was greeted with "hey what did you order". Handed over the receipt and was told ok it'll be 10 minutes and we'll have your food ready. Standed there for less then 10 minutes maybe 5-7 minutes got my food and it's wasn't even good. I know everyone is going through short staff. But if there was a system or leadership that could put a little order in the kitchen or have control maybe thing will run smoother. But I will not be returning anytime soon. Maybe tried the drive through. Also the play place is closed all the time.
Its 9pm I haven't eaten all day and I just wanted chicken fries and a big sandwich. They were out of chicken fries and the lady was ignoring me when I was asking what two things I could get for 5 dollars. I wasn't gonna do a bad review but I just started eating and my chicken jr whatever was cold to the touch and so covered in mayo that I had to throw it away. Like I said its 9pm and I haven't eaten all day cause I've been working and can't afford to have food delivered. So thanks for being rude ignoring me wasting my money and making me cold hard food
Honestly what’s the point of you being open? Not only do you run out of everything you don’t accept cards. I understand things happen. But not once can I come to this location without some sort of an issue. My favorite was the “Sorry we’re out of Chicken, Burger and Pop” then what’s even the point. Who ever runs this location needs to get their stuff together because this is a pitiful excuse of a Burger King
I've been in the drive through line for 30 minutes with no explanation or apology. It's like this every time doesn't matter what time of day or day of the week.
Slow service, broken menu screens but drive thru only. What a joke. Management needs to be fired.
some of the high lights at this burger king, was the fact that everything was fresh. even though there was a wait. I enjoyed my food
Horrible place they don't know their own menu. Double whopper was so sloppy a chunk of lettuce root? Piece if half chewed what appeared to be a tomato? I spent 30 dollars on this?
This place has to have the slowest Drive Thru that I have ever been through. Like I have worked fast food when I was younger and it was never like this. This place needs some new people or some newer equipment or something because what they are doing is absolutely unacceptable. When you get in line with 1 car in front of you and you have to wait 15 minutes at the speaker just to place your order is unacceptable. The staffing at this Burger King is one of the most lacking customer service support and rudest people places I have ever been too.
Drive thru, messed up order 3 times. We asked for no onions. On all sandwiches they put extra onions when we didn't want them first place and was charged extra more lettuce but never received extra. They did remake order but loaded onions on sandwiches a third time. Not happy.
