We dined in yesterday, it was pretty slow as in the amount of diners. The waitress was rude, apparently didn’t want to work, appeared to be angry that I asked to add carrots to my order. It took well over 30 minutes for our appetizer, well it wasn’t an appetizer as it came out with the meal. The fries were way overdone and she did not bring the carrots. When I asked as I know they are now an added cost she walked away and brought back a bag of carrots which she threw on the table. When it was time for the bill, I attempted to sign in to my rewards, it kept freezing up, she grabbed my phone and attempted when she couldn’t get it to work she walked away and never came back. I waited for about ten minutes and decided to pay with cash as I was tired of waiting for her. Needless to say, BW’s is my sons favorite restaurant but after the last two visits and poor customer service the likelihood of us returning is not high. I understand staff shortage but it wasn’t busy and there were plenty of staff on hand so that was definitely not the reason! Truly disappointed!
It took us about an hour and a half to get our food we wanted to play the poker game that they were doing up on the board but none of the employees knew how to play and when we kept asking somebody if they could get a manager or something to explain it to us they wouldn't. We never got refills on our drinks customer service was really bad.
I should not be paying $47.00 for a 20 piece wings and 4 beers. I will not return until they lower there price Sincerely, Jeffery and Jake
I edited my review because it was never acknowledged. I already sent in the FAQ/Orders form, and I had hoped it helped. But I doubt it.I’m not sure if this Buffalo Wild Wings has new management that has made it like this. But, this is no way a restaurant should be running. A lot of the 1 star and 2 star reviews are EXTREMELY accurate, but there is no change to the way things run.It really is too bad because this is the only place I can get wings. I just wish the wings & service could at least live up to the word ‘mediocre’ because it is 100% worth the 1 star review.I really just want to see this restaurant be better, like it used to be. It’s a great place to eat as a brand, but this particular branch is not good at all.
Always busy.Great hangout or get together place to watch a sport many screens nearly anywhere you sit you can see what is on the screens. Very clean, friendly wait staff, food is always very good and cooked properly, food presentation is more a bar style. I would recommend to others.
The wings reminded me of 2008....a better time. Finishing up with a little league baseball game and earning myself some sweet BBQ wings that tasted like victory contrary to our scoreboard that night. What I'm trying to say is if you need a quick bite to eat you can't go wrong with some take out or sit down Buffalo Wild Wings, the minute you enter the establishment you can tell the staff truly cares about the quality, flavor and taste of your meal. Thank you for providing the fuel that is required to power through this one way street called life.
I ordered the cauliflower wings!! They were great! Cashiers were very nice and courteous!! My food was hot and ready when I arrived to pick up my take out order. ??
We do an online order regularly for the 40.00 pick up order within their app at this location. 20 boneless, 20 bone in, and fries is a great choice for our family. Staff is friendly here and the wings are always fresh. Our favorite sauces are Spicy Garlic, Medium, and Parm Garlic.
The wings were cooked perfectly, all the sauces I chose on the side were delicious (orange chicken, Buffalo mild, and sweet bbq) the fries were seasoned with this fantastic salt and vinegar seasoning.
Edit: 2 stars. School fundraiser promotion. Called ahead to place my order (6:30pm wed 2-15-2022). Was told order would be ready in about an hour. Arrived around 7:20pm. Paid for my food. Waited for 40 minutes (8:05pm)until my order was ready for me. Kitchen was putting out orders 1 at a time, cook(s) had no sense of urgency in their movements. Lackluster service. Medicare food. Saving grace was the delightful hostess who was trying her best to keep things moving
