Stopped here for lunch. Had the sunfish dinner. Never knew sunfish we're so tasty. Caught thousands as a kid or one fish a thousand times!
Very welcoming. Great staff so polite and respectful. No long wait. I love how they have decorated it makes you feel at home. Never feel rushed food is amazing.
We were in the area so we stopped for breakfast. We arrived 10 minutes before they opened but they unlocked the door, let us in, and served us anyway. The food was good. The toast was just store-bought sliced bread, which could be upgraded, but it was still good. The coffee was very good for a restaurant, which is usually my biggest disappointment. The prices are decent too.
Excellent food & fresh fish choices & sides. The warm German Potato Salad was wonderful. Only minor downside was the dinner rolls were avg, but the butter had a little love in it
Clean, looks nice, Staff is friendly. Food wasn't what I'd expected. Hamburger was dry and shrimp was very fishy. The bread mushrooms however was very good and cottage cheese was good.
Use to come all the time till one Sunday came in got seated and waited around for service that never came. Waitresses would walk by our tables look at us but not say anything and go wipe off tables. We waited 30 mins and no one came so we left. Never again
I've never had a bad meal for as long as I've been going to Berger's. That's just not right. Sooner or later it's got to happen but it never has with me. That tells you how consistent they are. Their perch dinners are second to none, and I've had a lot of them. Lots of meal choices, good service. Want a good steak sandwich with all the add ones? Try theirs, it's one of the best. Stop in today!
My father-in-law was known for his perch dinners but this place has become a throwback for my wife and I becaus of just how phenomenal their perch dinner's are! Great job! Nice friendly staff!
It was like a township hall. The staff was very slow. There were only 5 tables full of people when I was there. The prices seem a bit high for the quality and quantity of food.
Always get the Perch. I'm not a huge fish fan normally, but the perch here is excellent. My significant other loves their chicken fingers.
