The new owners have not maintained the super high standards. Portions are way smaller and prices are higher. Definitely not the value it used to be. Out door dining is crude. Too many cigarette butts in the gravel.

Had the BLT with French fries. Wonderfully yummy! Ate outdoors, lovely evening. Prompt service. Not a wait time.
I ate inside and enjoyed their 3 meat BBQ meal with 2 ribs, pulled pork and brisket. I had a side of baked beans (which are extra). I really enjoyed the ribs and pulled pork. The brisket was good but a bit fatty. The beans were good. It would be nice to have toast or a slice of bread served with the meal to eat with the pulled pork and brisket. Order to table was about 35 minutes and service was good. Staff did a great job at social distancing and sanitizing. QR menu was available on the table. 12 taps, indoor flat top and bar seating along with outside summer seating available.

My quarantined, teenager wanted to get her Grandma sent a special dinner. We live in Grand Rapids, she's in Bay City. My daughter being much more tech-savy than I, jumped on her Grubhub phone app. We tracked down an olive burger from BCB's. Grandma was very happy with her olive burger. Rated it a five out of 5. So glad to reach out to my mom this way. Thank you for a good burger and for great delivery GH.
I walked in and ordered a take out perch dinner with two sides since there phone was off the hook. The perch were dark, fishy and over cooked. The fries were brown and cold. The mac & cheese was average. I threw half of the dinner out. I don't know if the food was so bad because they were so busy and rushing or this is just not the place to get fish during lent and a pandemic. Social distancing was being practiced along with surface cleaning. I've always enjoyed the burgers, nachos and they have the best onion rings in town. I would pass on the fish.
My wife and I used to love coming here, but something has changed. The menu is incredibly limited and not good. We ordered 2 burgers, a Reuben and a fish dinner (for a part of 4), and waited close to an hour, and the restaurant was not that busy. Half the plates came out cold. Our table was 5 feet from the kitchen where we not only saw food waiting to be picked up for multiple minutes getting cold, we heard the owner and cook arguing for nearly an hour! Incredibly unprofessional to act this way, and worse to have customers that close to hear it all. We will not be back. Poor quality, workers scared to speak to the owner, and an owner that refused to come out to speak with us. Save your money, there are far better choices in Bay City. Go to Latitude 43.
Great service, great price, delicious Patty Melt, and good wine and beer selection. Would like to come back and try other menu items.
Had to make a stop while in town on vacation. Had the perch not bad could have cooked a bit longer for a golden brown.. Hubby loved his steak sandwich and onion rings.. till next year RR
