I took my daughter here tonight for ice cream. We ordered waffle cones, with two scoops each. My daughter stayed in the truck with our dog. The girl working smooshed the ice cream into my cone so hard she cracked the cone. After paying almost $12 for our cones and tipping the girls, I grabbed our cones and headed for the door. I went to take a small bite of mine only to have the entire top half of my cone, with both scoops of ice cream fall to the floor (she cracked the entire top of my waffle cone off from the bottom half). I tried to catch it and ended up spilling both cones onto the floor. I got napkins and cleaned up the mess and got behind the next person in line. I reordered the exact same thing and they charged me again for the cones. I'm not interested in dumping $24 on two ice cream cones every time I walk into this place because of an employee's error. Poor customer service (seriously, it is ice cream).

Help was out strandings
They’re the best here! Always quick even when busy and when I went in craving something peanut butter they were out of the choc/peanut butter ice cream. The girl figured it out for me by putting some (i think she said) hot peanut butter in it instead and it was amazing. I think her name was Shea. Love coming here :)
This is one of my go-to ice cream parlors in town! Not only do they have a large amount of flavors to chose from, but they have all allergens posted with them as well. The worker even kindly washed the scoop for me when i asked her to do so, in order to prevent cross contamination from gluten!The scoops aren't skimpy and the ice cream is smooth and flavorful. Highly recommend!
So we ordered $31.00 worth of ice cream last night and it was an awful mess. Instead of one cup for three scopes they put one scoop in one cup so you ended up with three small cups per order. The one scoop cup had less far less than a scoop. TWO CUPS HAD ABOUT A TABLE SPOON. This is someone behind the counter did a piss poor job and where the hell is management. Did the whole team let us down yes yes they did.. Never again Baskin robbins. we are done with you.
