22 minutes on hold to order a pizza today? called elsewhere. yesterday tried and was on hold 13 minutes. it's good pizza but not worth the wait time when you're hungry
Driving through Bay City, my husband who grew up here, wanted to eat here, because he said the food was really good. We placed our order for a small pizza, steak sandwich and deep fried mushrooms. We sat inside and probably waited 35 minutes for the mushroom to come out. For the price there weren't very many and they were small. When we bit into them they were still frozen. So my husband took them back to the counter. A few minutes later, just the pizza came out, I tried it and it was probably one of the worst tasting restaurant pizzas I've ever tasted the sauce has no flavor So meanwhile, the mushrooms come back out & instead of starting a whole new order, they just put the ones we took back up, back into the deep fryer. By this time, it's been an hour since we ordered, and still no steak sandwich. So by this time, I have had enough, and went to the counter, and asked and received my money back for the mushrooms and sandwich, and we left, no apologies from the staff. Needless to say, we won't be back.
Great pizza going to go back for more soon would highly recommend getting pizza from here will update when I get more
Ordered the Tuesday special for pick up, was ready on time, customer service was great. Pizza as always fantastic! Great portion of cheese, toppings, and sauce. A bay city tradition! Keep up the great work bay city east side location.????
Order my pizza well done it was just as good as it was 25 yrs ago keep it up!!!
Pizza was burn, cut into small squares, missing the toppings, they gave us the banana peppers separately in a styrofoam cup, and it was cold. They didn't come give it to us, we had to go up and ask if they were gonna give it to us (we ate inside and waited 50 minutes for it). I would not recommend going there anytime soon. They used to be good about 3 years ago, but not now.
The pizza was burnt, and barely any toppings we waited 50 min. They brought out topping to put on top of pizza. I would not recommend this place
Usually the best pizza ever, but yesterday's was a huge disappointment! Seamed like the crust for a large stretched to a party size. Toppings were sparse and sauce was way overdone. We had company and had bragged you up and you burst our balloon. Maybe we will be back.
This is the place my grandpas family gets when we have a family get together or holiday and its really good i like how they put cheese on to and its not super burnt cheese either definitely suggest
