I really don't mind waiting for food, most would say, "well at least it'll be fresh n hot!". All of our food was luke warm at best after sitting at the window for 5 minutes. The girl literally handed us 2 bags and said your sauces are in the bag. Should have known better and checked...my boneless wings didn't make it, no receipt and no sauces ???.

I didn’t leave a review a month ago but since the same thing happened today, I had to. We got the $12 meal. Specifically asked for 4 crinkle fries and 4 horsey sauces and ketchup. Got 6 Arby sauces and no ketchup. It’s just inconvenient because using the drive through is supposed to be quick without having to park then go inside to get sauce and ketchup. I didn’t even bother exchanging the fries because of the line at the counter.

Very nice old style Arby's. Friendly service and very quick service. Inside eating is now available. Prices are the norm as far as a little higher than some fast foods, but well worth it.

The food was made in a rush, ( cheese and sauce in one area of sandwich and tiny amount.) and was cold when we got home 10 min later. Still delicious, but I like Hot Beef n Cheddar sandwiches and Curly fries. That's why I gave a 4 star rating.

Worst customer service in town. They forgot to give my wife her debit card back. She calls to see if it is there they confirm it is and didn’t even ask her name. She drives the 15 minutes back waited in line for drive threw seeing there lobby has been closed. Asks the the person if they can run it out quick seeing she wasn’t getting food. They tell her to pull up to the door where they purposely made her Waite even longer than the place in line she was. She walked up to the order window to ask about the card and the guy says yup I have it right here. No intentions of coming out to give it to her like she was inconveniencing them when there the one that kept her debit card in the first place. Yet another place I’ll have a hard time giving them my business.

We went to Arby’s today just about 30 minutes ago. We spent $69 and some change. We had 5 separate bags of food one of the bags ripped as it was being handed out the window and some of our food went into the floor. When we asked for sauces, another bag and for sandwich replacement the guy in the window gives us 2 packs of Arby sauce and closed the window. I sit there for a moment but there was a line backed up behind me so I decided I would call the manager explain the situation go back through the line and have my order fixed/replaced. Big mistake! Needless to say we got 2 packs of Arby sauce for 2 double beef n cheddars, no sauces for the cheese sticks, no sauce for the jalapeño poppers,. We ordered a total of 6 chicken sliders, one turkey, and one roast beef slider and only received the 6 chicken sliders. Also we ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich no tomato no onion it has tomatoes on it. I also ordered a bacon brisket dip sandwich that I did not get to eat that ended up in the floorboard of my car due to the ripped bag. One combo meal was large the other medium we had one medium fry in the bag. We did get all 3 orders of Mac n Cheese on a good note. When I called Lisa the manager on duty she was very very rude and bluntly informed us that due to us having such a large order it would not be replaced and that the ripped bag could of happened anytime after leaving the restaurant and basically that’s not her problem. I at that time asked her to review video of the bag ripping during exchange. She said she has no access to the cameras. When asked if the General Manager was available she said they do not work weekends and would not do anything about my complaint again because of it being suck a large order. I NEVER asked her to replace the whole order just to give us what’s missing, replace my sandwich, and give us sauces. She started spelling her name L-I-S-A Lisa for the first name and M and so on for the last name before hanging up on me. She never even allowed me to tell her what was missing from our order. We will NEVER return to that location again. Lisa is very unprofessional and rude. You would think they would appreciate large orders…I mean that is how they stay in business and make a paycheck. SMH

Approximately 3:20pm February 8th 2022. Ordered roast beef classic with cheese, curly fries and Dr. Pepper. Order was correct and timely however meat was not warm, bun was hard around edges and flaky. Very disappointed.

Only reason I'm giving it a 2 and not a 1 is because normally we don't have this much trouble. But went thru the drive the first time got all of our food and drinks to realize one drink was wrong we corrected that before we pulled ahead to check the bags before we got back on the road to find we order a beef and cheddar and got a classic roast beef so we got the corrected and after finding that out my Ruben was a fish sandwich so we had to go back thru the drive thru and get my Ruben that was supposed to be on wheat bread and then got it on rye bread all to be argued with a out the type of bread...

Cheese sticks were good but the chicken tenders were as hard as a rock and for someone who is supposed to serve good fresh food it's apparently not the case wit the chicken tenders or there chicken nuggets cause both times I ordered there chicken it was way to hard for any human to eat

Arby's serves a consistent high quality sandwich time after time, day or night. Always been happy eating there.
