The other night we pulled into the drive thru with an hour until they closed. The line wasn't moving and we were very confused. Next thing we know we have a guy coming out to tell us they got a 60 dollar door dash order so they are closing early because "the order was going to take them 2 hours" I feel like this was just an excuse to close early since 60 dollars is like 2 cars in the drive thru. I just won't go to this wendys anymore unfortunately
Honestly Wendys is doing a lot of good things. Biggest threats to them right now I would say are staffing and technology. The location near me looks like it hasnt had a makeover in 25 years and its drive through screen is perpetually broken.
They my have the best spicy chicken sandwich in the industry but it usually very slow service. I went by today and several of the orders were confused, wrong and customers got orders placed by either the drive thru or the lobby. In their defense they had trainees working bit it still doesn't change the fact that it is extremely slow on a regular day. If I see more than three cars in the drive thru I usually go someplace else. I recommend others do the same unless you have at least 20 minutes or more to spare.
The Fries were cold, the burgers were good, they forgot the BBQ with my sons chicken nuggets meal but the strawberry lemonade and root beer was good. Was really upset they were out of stuff for the frosties buy that's not their fault. Definitely need to improve on the freshness of Fries and chicken nuggets.
Got a $5 biggie bag with a coke the coke was terrible had to go in after going thru the drive thru. Also had to ask for ketchup when I went in because I wasnt given any.
Good Afternoon.2 days ago, I stopped by this Wendy's store for one of the combo meals. Let me first say that I have always had great service when whoever the black lady is that seems to be in charge, so in no way I am reflecting on her. I usually stop at this Wendy's because it is on my way home. I went through the drive through and asked double hamburger combo meal, large with a strawberry lemonade no ice. After I paid, They told me to move forward which was ok even though there was no one behind me. They told me they were waiting on fries. When I got my food and didn't notice until I got home that the drink had ice in it. Not a deal breaker but I tried the fries and they were cold as ice and so was the burger. Wow, really. Dropped the ball here. Maybe if the older lady was not so caught up in smoking a cigarette, my food wouldn't be cold. I am greatly disappointed in this. I would like a response to this from an owner and want my money back or a free meal. Last time this happened I got neither so not expecting miracles.
Always missing things or getting orders wrong. How do you forget the SOUR CREAM in the sour cream and chive baked potato multiple times. Have tried getting a chocolate frosty keep getting vanilla even says on the receipt chocolate. Poor costumer service and restaurant is a mess that you can see going in the drive through
Chicken sandwich had to throughout because it was all dried up sucked never going there again ordered coke got cherry coke and had to ask for my drink really bad and I mean bad everything was cold yuck never again ?
This was the worst God awful food I have ever been served at this Wendy's..Cold burned just rotten. I was the the only one in line. Just wanted a biggie bag.
Three times in the last month the Pennfield Wendy's has been out of chocolate frosties. It is your signature drink so that's just poor management. Other locations have also been out.. I think you should address this.. other fast food offers frozen drinks and iced coffee so it will be affecting your business as it gets warmer... just saying..
