Placed a large to go order the day before to ensure my order would be ready. Picked up the order and took it back to my staff. Once I got back place of employment I realized about half the order was missing. Called back and not only did Fire Hub remake the missed items but also more then fairly compensated me for having to go back.Thank you for great customer service!

Really great spot! We stumbled upon this when looking for a lunch spot in Battle Creek. Unique delicious pizzas, fun appetizers or side dish options. Also have some nice beers on tap as well as mimosas (with orange, pineapple, or cranberry juice) and Bloody Mary’s (which were super spiced and served with skewer of bacon, cheese, pickles, olives). Pricing is exceedingly reasonable. Neat pizza oven and building is cool old fire house (turreted building). Friendly staff. We had minor confusion on one of our menu items and it was traded out immediately with smiles! Currently working on reduced hours, at least some days, mainly lunch it seems — probably same issues getting enough staff as everyone is having. Very family friendly - You could bring little kiddos to all adults here and be happy. I wish I lived nearby — we are strategizing when we will get back. Just a fun vibe!
Very good ingredients, but some of the recipes could use a bit of tweaking. Overall pretty damn good though

I had no idea this place existed until this week when a coworker took me there. Will definitely go back. Great menu with lots of healthy options. Staff was very friendly. Very clean and nice seating options that take advantage of the building floorplan.
Had the Italian Sausage Pizza (so delicious). The crust was just right. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely eat here again.
Great pizza. Good flavor ! I got a margarita pizza. Over all great atmosphere. Reasonable prices.
