The food is cold and it's really Bland very dissatisfied they do not prepare the food right will never eat there again it's a waste of money very disgusting food
You will be nothing but disappointed they can't put an order together without screwing something up multiple times in week. And I'm only one customer when I called complain to manager told me I was a liar while I'm holding the receipt and their mistake in my hand! This is exactly what is wrong with the world today no one can admit the wrong and might have made a mistake. You lost my business and I will tell every person that will listen to find a different location your night time manager ought to be fired immediately she's going to cost you a lot of business and bad reviews

Plenty of staff but took 15 minutes to get my order. They put priority on drive-thru and not dine in. Then items were not made correctly.
Prices have gone way up while portions have gone way down, especially with the natcho bell grande. It's not so grande anymore
Worst taco bell I've been too gets my order wrong every time and tells me they can't make it right I have to get a coupon so what now my kids have the wrong food they won't eat and I have to buy more food because you messed up? Nah I just spent $40 the first time in the drive though why should I have to buy more food ?!?!!!
I went to the Pennfield Taco Bell for lunch. My steak chalupa shell was so old and hard I couldn't even eat it. Called and complained the Manger offered to remake my chalupa but I was unable to come right back so I was told I would be mailed a coupon. SMDH Lesson learned. I will NEVER return there.
Great service on speaker but the person at window no she got order all wrong but when order was right we were satisfied...
Standard Taco Bell, service was fast and friendly. The food was just as ordered. Better than most Taco Bells.
Never had issues here. Food is always great and fresh! Not sure why it's rated so low.
