God forbid you get someone that the staff knows ahead of you. They'll most likely chit chat for 10mins before even starting the topping side of the line. Rip.
Placed an online order sub was the complete opposite of what I ordered.
Our sandwich artists were great! There was a big online order ahead of us but, they warned us and quickly got through the order and then got to us keeping a smile on our faces the whole time.

Subs were made wrong and in paper bags nasty threw them away
Orders on the website for pick up, and when I got our sandwiches home, they had NO MEAT in them! Back I go to the store, and tell the young lady at the counter, she says she needs to see them and the receipt which I had, and then says to her coworker ( not me), “ I see what I did, I read it wrong”, and then says to me, “ we’ll get you two sandwiches, but you’ll have to wait, it’ll be a while because...” and then gestures to the two folks in line. I said fine, I’ll wait ( I’m sure she could tell I was a bit ticked), and then she muttered “that what I said” just loud enough for me to hear at the counter. No offer to get the sandwiches done quickly for the inconvenience at all, and never apologized for her error! When the new sandwiches were finally done, I thanked her, and her reply was “ yep”. Never apologized to me for the mistake or inconvenience, and quite rude after the fact too. I know things are difficult, and employees can be hard to come by, but customers like me are keeping this store open with our business, and since this location is close by, I’m fairly regular with my business here. However, it will be awhile before I go to Subway in general, and doubtful about this particular store in particular! I’m not asking to be fawned over or anything—I know people make mistakes, but I’m better and would have been more patient if “ I’m sorry about this, we’ll get you two sandwiches out as quickly as we can” was offered. Something that simple sure goes a long way!
Conveniently located near I-94, and with attentive staff, this subway is convenient. The facility is newly renovated and clean. We're not big fans of subway. We ate our sandwiches later in the day while hiking, and they weren't great (they got soggy).
Overnight visit to this location. Honestly had to inquire if they were open. The "sandwich artist" and her partner ignored me for 12 minutes then were not get welcoming. No cookies and certain items were not stocked or told they don't stock that or this at night. Great sub but got drive was not worth it.
