Wondering why Subway wouldn’t take a Subway coupon?? Wondering why the staff was rude about it and didn’t politely say we don’t take them instead of yelling just glad it was my bf and not me cuz I would have needed bond money
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! SUBWAY ON COLUMBIA WEDS 6/08 8:40PM. CREDIT MACHINE WENT DOWN AS I WAS PAYING. TOLD ME THERE IS AN ATM NEXT DOOR. WELL THATS FINE AND DANDY EXCEPT I HAVE TO PAY A $3.50 FEE FOR AN ATM. SO MY $9.11 SANDWICH COST ME $12.61. I CAME BK TOLD THEM HOW MUCH THIS WOULD COST ME NOW AND THE RESPONSE WAS $9.11 PLEASE. THEY SHOULD HAVE OFFERED DISCOUNT EVEN 1.50 FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND TO OFFSET SOME OF THE FEE WE EACH HAD TO PAY WOULD HAVE BEEN APPROPRIATE, BUT THEY DIDNT. DID NOT OFFER TO CALL A MANAGER AND ASK EITHER.
Please Note: this subway does not accept coupons. Other than that, the sandwich was made to specification and was good.

Bad attitude and refusal to listen to requests and questions leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service. ??? I stopped in so my 12 year old could get a pizza and regret it wholeheartedly. I'm sorry to any worker in this type of environment that has to set aside things going on in life in order to give good customer service.... sorry in the form of empathy?.... this is the nature of the beast. Please understand, I am not an outside that doesn't know... with over 20 years in customer service, I KNOW how hard it can be. With that said, you upset my daughter for no reason, all you had to do was NOT IGNORE her!!? Thank you so very much for giving her another reason to think people don't like her(sarcasm included).... just like I don't know your situation, you don't know hers and how you acted REALLY affected her. At the very least, I will honestly say thank you for the opportunity to show her how NOT to treat people.I DO NOT recommend this location.
I always get a veggie sub. When I ask for spinach I would like more then 5 leaves! I’m not getting any meat, there for I need my bread to be filled with veggies. EVERY TIME this seems to be an issue. A veggie sub is darn near the same cost as a sub with meat. Please quit being so stingy on the vegetables!! I quit eating here for almost a year because of this.
I walked in and ordered two subs they greet me and ask what bread and I told them we get to the end and I pull my coupon out and she says oh we don't accept coupons they should have told you when you walked in ok gotcha now you need to put a sign up stating that because you have lost me as a average customer and it was your job to be made sure that was said not the others have a nice day don't go here even shorted me steak on my steak and cheese eating alot of bread
How is it one subway can decide they don't accept coupons. When asked an employee said oh well we often run out so our boss said no coupons.
As I entered the building I was immediately greeted with sir were not participating in the coupons I forgot I had them in my hand to which I asked if it was the owners idea the girl who informed me just stared at me and someone e from behind her said I think all subways are not the girl who said It must have had an attitude because I asked a few questions to which she ignored me lilies was her name maby a bad day anyway I wS om break and just wanted a sandwich..
Horrible service. Wouldn't take my coupon even though it wasn't expired and for the store. Very rude to me as well so we just walked out. We'll take our business elsewhere.
