Totally screwed up our simple online order. Placed the order. Paid in full. Waited for notice it was ready and went to pick it up. They said they didn't even have an order from us. Could not find it anywhere. Wouldn't give us our money. We had to go to Jimmy John's and call the credit card company. Awful.
Place was clean but the staff had an attitude with each other helping the customers.
This is the best subway around. They do a great job but sad they are discontinuing cucumbers!!
Worst experience I've had in a Subway they were blatantly rude the whole time even though me and my girlfriend were trying to small talk and be nice. And by the end of it she says "good one and slides the sandwiches off the table at us.
The subway I was at has the nicest employees that u can find and treated me like family.

Today was my first time going there and the employees were wonderful! They made great conversation and my sandwich was great! Definitely going back!
The subway shop inside the BP station on Beckley was a true disappointment the sandwich was barely toasted the bread was smashed and not sure what was going on with the employee had to repeat what I wanted on sandwich several times she seem hurried but kinda slow at same time not sure if she was having a bad day or what
