Hands down the best subway in Battle Creek! Such a great environment, very fast service and the food was fresh and delicious. Kellie the manager was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire service, just an outstanding experience will definitely be back more often!

I came to this location for the first time tonight around 530 and the employee (sorry I didn’t catch her name) was so sweet and funny! Thank you for the help!! My new favorite subway in BC!

This location is my favorite because of the Fabulous Customer Service. The ladies greet you with big smiles and warm words as soon as you walk in! They Don't rush you through ordering and paying but are still efficient and I'm done quickly. The bread, meats, cheeses, and toppings are always appealing visually and taste just as fresh! Other Subways in the area do not offer what I have mentioned. If you go to this one I hope you are served by Shawntina or Latrinda, they are marvelous and wow me every time I visit.
Customer service is okay. Used to be better. Would recommend this subway store before all the rest in Battle Creek. Worth the four stars given.
