The food is always flavorful! We were disappointed that dine in ordering had to be ordered on a kiosk, but the service from the waitress was wonderful! Thank you for a very pleasant experience. Been years since I've dined in at this location.

Well it was a great start food was great and shakes were great but when we were sitting there enjoying our meal an elderly couple walked in to enjoy a lunch when they asked the woman behind the counter to help them order since all they have is the order kiosk and the woman said I won’t help you it’s order in your own she wasn’t even doing anything and the place wasn’t busy at all there were maybe two other people in the dinning room besides my family. Food was good service sucked!

Worste service ever! Went in three times cause they couldn’t get my sandwich right then I ask for it cut in half! The girl handed me a knife and told me to cut it in half my self! Never again I’m sick of these places ima just cook! Zero star ⭐️!

Last time we visit steak and shake, going to a kiosk ordering system was extremely slow and lacks personal interaction, it definitely kills the 50’s vibe. We’re very disappointed. Terrible decisions on their part

The food is always amazing here. The only thing is the new kiosks. When my family and I were there, the kiosk froze up and then proceeded to charge my card $73.34 !! I took the receipt to the manager and he fixed the problem ( or so we thought). My card was charged the $73 and the correct price of $33. So all in all I paid $100 for a $33 meal. I called to get it taken care of and was hung up on several times. WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS !!! They charged a 39.68 tip !!!

Digging the new kiosk. If it was busy, I could see how this could actually slow the line down. With a person, I can tell them I want a burger with ketchup only. Now I have to log in, take a pic of a QR code or continue as guest and then click through the menu. It's not rocket science, but I can see where it would take a while to get through a larger order.That said, the food was fantastic as always. We have been there twice in the past 6 months with great experiences both times. The manager always chats with you and makes sure everything is good and he brings out the food. Not sure if they do that when it's really busy though.The only thing I would say is they should make it look more open from the outside. Not sure how they will do that, but we almost didn't eat there. We wanted to sit down to eat and it didn't look like the dining area was open. It was!I would rather have a kiosk and a friendly manager than giving my order to a person that acts as if they really didn't want to be there.Good job keeping up with the times!

What happened to customer service? I can understand a price increase with this economy as we have cut back to include going out to eat but, when we spend $5.00 a gal for JB gas hike just to get here we would like customer service. NO, MAY I take your order when ready > get in line them scroll the kesoc minute place your electronic order them serve yourself at the drink station. Next, load speaker calls your number and You go and get your meal > No Waitress !Food good, a little pricey. Customer service, None Existence !!

Had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant here at Steak N Shake. The general manager took our order at the drive thru and when he repeated the order and gave us the total we tried to tell him we wanted to change our order due to the cost of it. He told us he would speak with us at the window and once at the window he continued to take 3 more customers orders not acknowledging us. once we finally spoke with him he told us the food was made the order could not be changed. we paid and then found our order was incorrect and i went inside to get it corrected. Be didnt want to believe the order was incorrect so i went back to my vehicle to find the the other burger ordered was also incorrect i returned inside.. . he argued not wanting to correct the order.. not happy at all with this restaurant or this "MANAGER"...

It was wonderful! Staff was on top of everything! The food was great! I enjoyed my dinner tonight!

The food was alright. They use a kiosk to order the food which takes away from the personal touch of sitting down to eat.
