I love this location. I went today and Joey was amazing! I got a drink and a cake pop and typically I wait about a couple minutes when I’m the only one in the drive thru and this time it took a little longer but I don’t mind the wait cause I’ve been in customer service for 6 years and wasn’t in a rush and Joey gave a another cake pop and a $4 off my next order card for the wait. I got the cake pop for my son so he definitely appreciated the extra one and I appreciated the $4 off card. I will be a regular here because these people are way nicer than the Beckley people. The Beckley people got mad at me because I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino and they gave me someone’s mobile order that was an iced apple cider drink and I kindly went in and said there was a mix up and they all just got attitudes towards me. I will never go to the Beckley one again and I will be Columbias regular unless they end up like the Beckley place lol
Clean store and staff is very friendly. I like wide open space at sitting area. They have outside patio too.
I come here almost every day and the customer service is top notch. Never wait over 10 minutes in line no matter how busy it is. The baristas are very friendly & kind every time I go. My drinks are ALWAYS made correctly as well. I only ever will come to this Starbucks from now on.
I love this location, I've ordered online many times and have had a great experience every time. I finally feel comfortable enough to experiment with drink creations at a location. Yet to venture inside.
This is a fairly new Starbucks. There were plenty of people around, and all the staff were very friendly. Nice place to sit and get some work done while sipping a delicious coffee.

Starbucks seems to have a problem with the request of “light ice” they believe it doesn’t matter and add as much ice as possible. As little of a problem this may seem, it gets annoying. Really. Annoying.
I love this new location! It's so bright and sunny inside. Decent size spot with plenty of spread out seating, although the majority of the tables seat two. Even better than the delicious coffee served up is the wonderful baristas serving it up. I'm already a Starbucks regular but now I'll be a regular to this location!✌️ ❤️ ☕
Love this new location. Ordering online and picking up is typically the way I order, but there is rarely a line when I stop by. Heidi is a great barista, she made me the BEST iced macchiato ive ever had. Everyone is very friendly and beautiful inside.
