I can honestly say that the only good customer service I've ever recieved in ANY Starbucks has been from a new employee? The only reason I walk into a Starbucks at this point is because a friend of my daughter's wants to get a drink. I'm always disappointed in the beverage I choose, flavor profiles are washed away somehow, no matter how good they sound when I'm ordering?♀️????I really can't afford these beverages, so they are a major treat for me and my daughter.Upsetting as it may be for "the powers that be", I prefer Biggby for full, great flavor, amazing customer service regardless of the location I'm currently in, and an affordable price❤️✌️?Sorry, not sorry?♀️Bummer, for sure?Do NOT recommend...?

Sadly my husband’s Venti Veranda was actually a cold (Luke warm)Venti Pike. Very disappointing for the price! Plenty of workers there but they seemed scattered.
Honestly all Starbucks seem to be cutting corners when it comes to the quality of the actual coffee. Although the service is always great. I'd rather have quality coffee rather than paying for a smile. This location is fast though so 3 stars for service and only 1 for the actual coffee.
Coffee is always on point. Staff is fantastic. This is however a busy location that can be difficult to get in and out of quickly if you are in a hurry. Drive through entry could use some TLC. Unavoidable pothole nearly bottomed out my low-profile car.
Great service, as always. I definitely recommend the Mango Dragonfruit Regresher and the Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia!
We watched a young lady open a bag of fruit with her teeth. NOT good since it goes into people drinks. I would NOT recommend ANYONE to go to this location because that just shows that management thinks that behavior is ok when it's clearly NOT. Get it together Michigan. This was our only issue with our visit and we were in town for Gymnastics Regionals and it was Mother's Day. I just wanted a drink before heading back to the arena but I felt sick to my stomach after that and wasted my whole drink.
It's a Starbucks. Nothing special. Parking lot is tiny and drive through is even smaller. Don't try and bring a trailer in the drive through
Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and I have been to a ton. Told they had what I ordered and then waited 20 min and told when I got to the window that they were out. Staff is rude and they do not care about their jobs. Awful.
I ordered a frappuccino with an extra shot. She repeated it back to me correctly. I got a drink that says single on it and tastes like chocolate milk
