The food is consistently good. However, there's 1 waitress that has been there a long time that repeatedly up scales our $9.99 lunch specials to the dinner price. She always says "You pointed to the dinner item", which is NOT true. My wife and I always arrive shortly after the restaurant first opens to get the lunch special options. I hate the hassle of trying to get the bill adjusted when this waitress serves us. It truly takes the fun out of eating out. Hard to believe this only happens to us. Maybe a lot of folks don't notice the issue at the time. While restaurants are struggling to stay open, it doesn't help to have servers constantly up charging a person's order.
Seated immediately. Good service. I ordered the pick 2 for $19.99. Chose shrimp scampi and broiled scallops. Both entrées were yummy. The biscuits are always amazing. Restrooms were clean.
Eat there frequently for lunch and normally get good food. Went for dinner and was very disappointed. Biscuits tasted of baking powder. Calamari was dripping grease. Husbands chicken was over cooked and had no seasoning. All food was removed from our bill. We came home and ate.
Awesome food! Great atmosphere and a wonderful place for that special occasion!
The flies were SO bad. We killed 2 on the table with our napkins, 1 went in my glass of water, dead flies all over the window sill, flies flying around us. The food was luke warm and flavorless. Biscuits were barely warm, hard and brown. My favorite place to eat was the worst I have ever had. What happened???
We were on our way home from Michigan and stopped here for supper. The staff was friendly and courteous and the food was very fresh and delicious! We will go back someday.
Waiter was professional treated us with respect and made sure we was OK. Food was amazing and hot. Had to give a very good tip.. he deserved it!
The waiter was very attentive. The food was great. More food than we could eat. Most of my family took food back on the road to take home to Indianapolis, IN from Btl . Crk., MI.
The best part was the waitress. She was super nice. Food was burnt and ineatible. We paid 45$ plus tip for nothing. We ate the appetizer that's it. How sad red lobster get it together. And yet to her nothing back from them either and it's been over 2 weeks. No wonder we was only the 3rd table inside at lunch time. Manager has ran this store into the ground.
Next time I'll stop by Aldi instead. Everything was obviously from the freezer to the deep fryer...the flounder was mushy. The clam strips were the only thing that appealed. I can do that myself. The Ceasar salad was skimpy, hardly any dressing. The baked potato had obviously been sitting for hours. I felt bad for the nice lady that asked how things were.
