Went through drive thru and the person taking my order couldn't understand my order. I ordered two chicken sandwiches with a small Mac& cheese and a small Cajun rice. Had to repeat order 4times. When I received my order I checked my bag... and yes she screwed it up. I had to have them fix my order because the cashier did understand English. I do not blame her for the poor training she received.
When I have a DoorDash order to pick up from the store on Columbia Ave in Battle Creek Michigan, the food is usually not ready or there's an item that they are out of so they're unable to fill entire order. More often than not, doors are locked during hours of operation, and it can take well over 30 mins to get through drive through. If I am able to go inside, the wait is usually long there as well. If not for DoorDash, I would never order anything from this store based on my experience. I definitely wouldn't spend my money here. Horrible service.
Get 2 meals and none of the sides for them. The meals are to expensive to not get everything in your order. Try calling let it ring for 5 min with no awnser.. we also ordered the 5pc signature chicken box for 6.99 and I got a 5 pc tender
Wish i could give them 0 stars. It seems they never have food available. The employees are smart a**es and simply dont care. I asked if they had happy hour which states happy hour on Thursdays on the website. They got smart with me and said “naw thats taco bell” and laughed like im supposed to laugh with him. This place is a joke and needs some kind of management or supervision of their employees. I ended up not even ordering that time. Who wants to hear jokes when they are hungry. Not me.
Not a good experience for us. We are visiting due to military obligations and went through drive-thru Stephanie was the employee at the drive-thru. was very rude and unprofessional.The drive-thru menu was not working, so we pulled up to the window to see if they had menu so we could order and she was super rude in unprofessional saying that she could not take our order through the window…….which we completely respect and had no issue coming inside but she didn’t even tell us to come inside we just did.When going inside she wait over five minutes to take our order and was rude. I am giving two stars only because the food was hot and fresh.I would not recommend this Popeyes due to the unprofessionalism that we experienced today.
New Fish Sandwich Totally ROCKS! I was craving something different and remembered Popeyes had a new crispy fish sandwich with flounder.FOUNDER flaky, mild, deliciousA bit spicy, I broke a sweat, but OH SO DELICIOUS!HUGE FISH FILLET for fast foodGreat quality, fine no‐odor fish with crisp crunchy pickles and tartar on that soft brioche bun! It was my first one and I hope you guys make it permanent on your menu!Drive thru was wonderful and everything was perfect! Thank you for high quality food and service!
Popeyes in battle creek, mi better stop playing!!! I paid 5$ for a hand full of popcorn shrimp in and 8 peice nugget box! Overpriced for very little food. Sick of yall.
Oh my Gosh, what a horrible staff. I have eaten at other Popeye's including one of the original in Thibodeau, LA in the 1980s. I recently moved to Battle Creek. Driving for a meal delivery service I had a pick up here on 3/15. I arrived - lobby closed at 5:30PM!!Drive thru backed up. I waited close to 20 minutes to finally get to the pick up window. Customer ordered had Sweet Iced Tea. I am informed by an extremely RUDE and CONDESCENDING drive-thru person "We are out of tea." She almost had a smirk on her face."The customer ordered tea and you accepted the order.""Well, we are out of tea. You need to call your customer and tell them."Okay point of fact here - they are YOUR (Popeye's) customer!!!!!After a little back and forth, they informed she rudely informed me, "I will just give them another drink.""What about her money? You charged her for tea?"No response or reply.I think the new drink was lemonade. During this I am also texting the customer telling her what is going on. She never replied to me, so I delivered. I also reported to the delivery service and according to the APP, this place has a horrible reputation with delivery services.In the end - the customer was not mad at us (delivery service and I), I gave me an unbelievable tip.I will not (1) eat here personally or (2) accept more pick ups because I don't want to deal with them.
I been vising this popeyes along time. they have very slow service, and 8 times out of 10 your order is not right. After being in line for over 35 to 40 minutes, your order is not right.
Chick fil A just opened up y'all better stop putting nuggets on your sandwiches. 2 times in a row now. I also see the owner doesn't reply to customers reviews. Step up your game it's getting pathetic, the competition is gonna stomp you if you don't.
