Exactly what I expect from an Ice Cream Parlor. The gentleman working that day could use some guidance with making malts. The one I ordered ended up being the consistency of slightly thick chocolate milk. Maybe just an off day. The flavor was good though and my daughters ice cream was on point. We will be back.
I went with a group of friends yesterday and it was awful. We went in and it seemed like it was the first time they had someone order coffee. It took them forever to make (which was fine because we had a big group) but after waiting forever it was tasted bad it wasn't mixed well and none of them knew how to steam milk and expected us to wait even longer.Maybe there icecream us good, but if your looking for a place to get coffee there ate plenty of places near by that would be better suited for what you're looking for.
Great selection of Ashby's ice cream. Large servings and very friendly/helpful staff.

Whoever the young girl in there working is you are amazing!!! Now 2nd off the lack of employees is ridiculous to have that girl in there working by herself with 30 people waiting in life is crazy. Whoever owns this place needs to step in and help. Other than that service and ice cream was 10/10…
Such good ice cream! I do feel like the people that work there could be a little more cheerful. They all seem to hate their job or something? Idk. Kids love going there.
