So being from south LA imagine my surprise when I asked for gumbo. The server said shrimp or seafood…I was a tad confused.45 minutes later i recieved a small order of shrimp gumbo when I ordered a large bowl. Then I asked for rice and was told that will be extra. Gumbo does not come with rice!!!Never again .!!

Love this place! GREAT food and a must try if you have not!!!

Went to Pasche's last night at 6p on Saturday April 30th and had quite an experience. Kayla, our waitress was busy, but wonderful and the food was great. Hostess was good too. My wife and i were ready to leave and our waitress was unavailable so my wife went up to ask the bartender for a to-go box and our bill if she had it. Her attitude and response was anything but professional. Bartender claims, 'i don't know where you are' and i can't do that'. Mind you, her small bar was half full and if she didn't notice us in her bar, she has more problems than i thought. Bartender walked away and was immediately audibly talking trash to her other bar customers about us, which we could hear! Never had that service before! So then we have half her bar staring us down as if we had done something wrong, still talking trash! Unbelievable! A nice either manager or senior employee came over and tried to smooth it over, which i can tell has happened alot, and we tipped Kayla well and left, all the while the bartender scorned and scowling at us as we left. Some ppl are great at customer service( my wife and i know this because we are in it) and some ppl should stay out of it. Our bartender falls into the latter category. BTW, reading previous rewiews, her description came up a few times, so if you are reading this owner of Pasche's- you should listen to your customers cause we still are 'almost always right'. Terrible overall experience due to the bartender and if i see her in there the next time i go, which i will be going back for the food, i will let her and the owner know how poorly her attitude was. Furthermore, i have been going to Pasche's for a long time and have recommended this restaurant to many ppl. Also, this is my 1st bad review.

I have been choosing Pasches as a stop more frequent these days because I love their Crab Cakes, hummus (+). I just had the most disturbing interaction with a blonde bartender, and will certainly turn around and walk out if she is working. Our waitress Kayla was very sweet, and as attentive as she could be, however we were sitting in the bar area and she was busy on the restaurant side. We understood that she was busy so I went up to the bar to ask for a box and my bill. The bartender could not have been more rude in saying "I don't know where you are sitting" even though it was right in front of the bar. I walked away in disbelief at her disgusted tone and she proceeded to talk smack about us to the four people sitting at the bar. They in turn kept turning around and the fact that the bartender had her patrons play a part in bullying us as we were leaving the restaurant is just unacceptable. We left Kayla a great tip as she deserved it, but will never return when this woman is behind the bar.

I'm surprised I haven't heard about Pasche's until recently, they are an established restaurant, who have been serving quality meals for many years here. I've only known about them for a few years, but have eaten here many times now. The food is about as high end as I have ever had, and the prices are in line with many of the chain places around here. If you want to eat good in the neighborhood, skip the chain place and give Pasche's a try. They specialize tin creole, but they have some traditional steak and fish options. However, if you are into creole, you have to give them a try. Don't forget to order some alligator tail, it's the best I've ever had.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but wow what a great place! Food was delicious and portions were generous. I had crawfish bisque that was super tasty. Our waitress was all alone on a Saturday and she worked so hard to take care of everyone, she was awesome. We really appreciated her, we’ll definitely be back!

This spot was amazing. Nikki our server was the best. My husband had the Catfish, shrimp and clams. He loved it. I had a shrimp Poboy and the fried pickles. It was so so good. We are telling everyone we know they need to check this spot out ASAP. We will be back.

I loved it ,amazing place ,comfy ,perfect lighting, a1 customer service, the food is amazing ,there Texas sauce was so good I wanted to steal the bottle ,my only complaint is to much salt on the fry for me other then that great timing from order to eat ,attentive staff ,I will be back !!!!

I used to go here all the time. That was about 8 years ago. I visited the area amd was very happy to see that it is still as good as it was before. I will definitely pit this in my list of regular places. Once I move back into the area. Menue is great and so is the service.

For being a hotel restaurant, this place really is special. Some of the best Cajun style food you'll ever find in this part of Michigan. The Crawfish etouffe was amazing.
