Not as much of a fan anymore. Price and expectations didn't connect for me as in the past. There used to be a signature taste, but it wasn't present on this latest visit. Maybe something was changed?
The store in battle creek ive never had a problem with. The call centers they force you to use, on the other hand are terrible. Have had other problems but today they tried to tell me they couldn't accept a cash order for carryout, asked to be transfered to the store directly and the guy said ok I'll do that and hung up on me. and then when I drove across town the store gladly accepted my cash. And didn't know why they would refuse a cash carryout order. Also used to make cash orders online, they took that feature away too. Wouldn't be a big deal if I could call the store directly but they make it next to impossible to get ahold of your local store
They have improved there Pizza to me and my husband when we don't have to cook we call them
Everyone here are the nicest most helpful people ❤ I wish I knew this one lady's name that works there; my son and I both love her. Always so sweet.
Staff could not take a basic order to save there life. Probably just a bad day I usually like there pizza.
The food is always hit or miss. Sometimes we get fantastic food and others it's just meh...I prefer this Papa John's over the other one in town. Their customer service is better.
I called to place an order and the phones said they were closed. I called 3 times and each time it said they were closed. I was driving by and noticed that they were in fact open. I went in to place my order and told them about the phones. One guy pulled out his phone and tried to prove me wrong. Another girl didn't look like she knew what she was doing and there were 2 people folding boxes. while placing my order the 2 folding boxes were talking about me, and the guy had to tell them that I was still in the store. They were so rude and I was getting pizza to get together with family about a family member who was killed in a car accident. Now they didn't know that, but the phrase be kind to others you never know what they are going through popped into my head as I left in tears. Thanks for making a bad day worse!
Literal garbage.Took an hour and a half for delivery (via Uber eats).. arrived cold and RAW. The crust was very undercooked and it was inedible.
Absolutely love this place good pizza, fast delivery or walk in everyone is super friendly and they have never messed up and order of mine
