Prices have gone way up. I paid $10 for a loaf of country bread. It was good, but way too expensive. It was also slow in the sandwich side. Took a long time to get our order.

Huge shout out to JoshWhile delivering for doordash, the left front tire of my car locked up next to Panera (Battle Creek). I went inside and called AAA for a tow and then settled down to wait. Of course I had skipped breakfast because I was out delivering other people's breakfast. I ordered a sandwich and a drink. Josh was the cashier. He could tell I was stressed and he asked me, so I filled him in on some of it. He repeated expressed his remorse for a situation was mine – hot his. After I finished eating and while waiting for tow truck, he even walked over and asked if I needed anything. Again, showing care and concern for my well being. A stranger he did not know. Just another person passing thru a very business store. Josh is a credit to the brand, the store and to Battle Creek in general.

The person at the cashier this evening was very nice and friendly. He made me want to come back to Panera Bread in Battle Creek more often. Food is also good. I also like the mango yuzu tea a lot.

Amazingly sweet lady taking our order!!! Food tasted so good. There was a problem trying to use a gift card we had loaded onto the app, but the manager stepped in and was sincerely apologetic. Overall a great experience.

If I could give it ‘0’ I would, the manager Elaine, was so disrespectful. I paid for my order and there was a missing item. I expressed my concerns to Elaine. She claimed the item was in the bag and had me remove all the food to show her that the item was missing. As a result, this spilled the food that was already in the bag. She offered to repackage the food and in the process removed another purchased item. She never apologized, she was condescending and her body language was threatening. I noticed the second food item was missing when I returned to the car and when I went back inside to ask for the item I purchased, I was asked if I had purchased two sides. Elaine was very passive aggressive and unapologetic. I’m sure the code of conduct at Panera does not condone this level of customer service. I’m very disturbed, as I patronize Panera often and the behavior that was displayed today will make me think twice before purchasing food at your establishment.

They are short on help. The cook is getting slammed and he did not have any help! Handled it well.. I thought the others should have jumped in and offered some type of assistance! Hopefully he is paid well!! . Broccoli and cheddar soup as well.as the Margerheta Flatbread was amazing!! Great job!

Check your order before you leave, I got all the way home (30 mins away) and on my greek salad I literally had 3 pieces of chicken and a quarter worth of dressing on the side. I know EVERY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT is short but dang I spent 30 dollars and I just expect better out of Panera. I knew I should have backed out wen the employee complained loudly about not getting her break, because she has orders to make.

Waited 30 minutes for grilled cheese and Mac and cheese. Not busy but painful to wait. Good food horribly slow

We love Panera and have frequented this restaurant many times. When we went in last Saturday it was extremely dirty. Half of the tables in the dining are were not clean, there were napkins and trash on the floors, the bathrooms were in big trouble, with NO SOAP in the dispenser. We waited for about 15 minutes when I noticed that there were no employees working on orders. The cashier who was leisurely sweeping the bakery section (the only clean part of the restaurant) told me it would be another 20 minutes for my chicken noodle soup and baguette. I asked for my money back at that point and am still waiting for it to appear on my card.

Great food, excellent service, prices so high that the employee even apologized. This is why I stopped going to any Panera a few years ago
