All tables where disgusting and the floor had food everywhere. Decided to eat at the truck stop instead. Workers had time to laugh and stand around for quit some time.
Stood in line over 25 minutes and only had one customer in front of me. Not the place to go if you're in a hurry but food was good.
The crispy chicken sandwich was horrible. Greasy, overcooked coating, dehydrated chicken. Won't be back.
The food is always fresh the employees are always nice but for some reason they mess up big orders and the shake machines often down classic McDonald's overall I still go here frequently
The food was under the light too long and not fresh as it's known for. Fish Filet tasted as if it was old.
I would have done 4 stars, but as the ladies working there were truly kind, I went with 5. They definitely outweighed the reasons I would have left a 4. The food was decent enough for fast food, but the timing was slow. To be fair our order was rather large, but communication on the delay goes a long way.
Passing through on the way back home to Toledo. Friendly staff. Great service. Manager was on top of getting things taken care of when I told her there was an issue with my order. Dining area tables needed to be wiped down so customers had a place to sit and eat. It did get taken care of when I brought it to their attention
I live down the road from this location and they are by far one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It’s typical for me to wait 5x longer in this line than any other line. On top of that they will almost always forget something.
I understand good help is hard to find but you are scraping the bottom of the barrel with these employees. They closed the drive through but u didnt know it until it was too late. I was trapped in the drive through by customers who parked in the drive through and went in to order. I went in to complain and the manager acted like it was my fault. I think he was using drugs or something because he was slow and hard to understand. I'll never return to that place. I switched to arbys.
Save your money and get a small fry this is there large.
