This McDonald's drive thru is constantly congested. I pass it up regularly because the line is to the road. Once you are in the line you know why. It is very slow and seems like it's a eternity before you get to the order speaker. After you order it takes a long time to even move anywhere. Id eat there more if the drive thru line was quicker and didn't take forever to get thru it. The inside dinning experience is just about as bad but it is a little quicker, but not not by very much. I'd say it would be a toss up on which is the best to go to. The food has always for the most part be pretty good all in all. The staff is in a good mood most of the time. Other than long wait times the place has been a pretty good restaurant and I'll continue to go here, I just hope they get something figured out with there long wait times.

Got one of their dessert coffees delicious. I was here for a meeting, and for the hour or so we were there, not one other customer entered the building; the rest were all drive-through.

Half the staff was on their phones while the other half did all the work. No leadership. Took 25 mins to get our order that wasn't right. 16.50 an hour doesn't get what it used to.

They STOLE my money. Took forever to give me my food, went inside to get help and there were about SIX people standing around and ignoring me. I had an appt I had to be at and couldn't spend my whole life standing there so I left. I call the store and they WONT REFUND MY MONEY WHEN I DIDNT RECIEVE MY FOOD. said I had to come in to get it and I already was in there and couldn't get help. I'm from out of town, I can't just go back like I live down the street. MCDONALDS IS A MULTI BILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS AND CANT REFUND ME 4 DOLLAR BREAKFAST? DO YOU REALLY CARE SO LITTLE ABOUT YOUR TINY PEASANT COSTUMERS?? YOU CANT EVEN GET YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE AWARE OF COSTUMERS IN THE STORE?

20 minute wait after paying with minimal line. Ordered a 6 piece nugget happy meal with ranch. They gave us 3 nuggets and bbq. Fries were cold. Do better.

Ordered a 20 nugget, large fry, and 2 large iced French vanilla lattes on DoorDash and the receipt says our order just fine but we got a totally different order in the bag! Not a single thing was right!! I’m so angry! And by the time I called, nobody answered! And they were still open for 30 minutes!

Ok, we pull in to the dual line drive thru, and they asked us to hold on for a second, no big deal. We sat there for a good 2 minutes with no response from the restaurant, then another car pulls up. They take their order, and tell them to pull up. They finally decide to take our order, and we pull forward. When we go to pay, I ask the guy why the car in front of us went first considering we were waiting already. He said he's not in charge of the cars that are in order, I said "well who is in charge?" No answer, gave us our total, we paid, we pulled up and got our food. Never even an apology. Then we get home, and this chicken sandwich is a disaster, which I'm sure was done on purpose.Unfortunately, Burger King was closed tonight, or we would have gone there and had a great dinner.McDonald's is garbage!

Strike three. I seriously don't know why I tried them for a third time. The only car in front of us at the drive thru was at the pay window. We waited for nearly 10 minutes, only because we couldn't go forward or backward. I called them and was given a story about French fries?? Then do that at the food window and make them pull over then. Finally paid, got to the food window to be handed 2 melted ice cream cones. I told him they were melting, he said he already remade them. Clearly that was inaccurate. We just got our money back and left. I totally understand they are young but seriously, there needs to be some training here. This falls to management. These kids are getting my attitude because I've had enough of their last of service lol

We ordered 3 simple meals, chicken sandwich meal, big Mac meal, and a small happy meal with apples for our child (her favorite part, and reason we go there). We were told to pull forward to wait on fries....finally, 20-30 minutes later our order arrives, minus our child's dinner. We flag the young lady down, and explain the missing items. To her credit, she is very friendly and helpful, and she returns inside to correct the mistake. What seems like 20 minutes more, our child's order arrives. To try to make things right, she explains, the manager doubled the fries in the order.......we didn't want the fries, and now ALL our meals are cold.....I accept the order, thank her , and leave. (I have my own apples at home and slice those, throwing away the fries.) We've decided not to order from this McDonald's ever again.

Sat in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. Get to the window and the employee doesn't even know what my order is. Then to top it off they pull me into a hold spot after waiting. Also forgot my small fry ?Food was warm at least
