Slow, but almost always correct and fresh. They have a lot of the same staff so they're probably decent to work for compared to the other ones
Asked me to pull forward because the orange juice I ordered with my meal wasn't ready. After waiting for over 10 minutes I backed up to the window and told them they forgot it. The guy working tried to hand me a small orange juice when I ordered a large. When I told him he was rude and said " Customer's always right" all condescendingly. I can't believe they made me pull up for orange juice and then got rude after my food got cold waiting for them.
The McDonald's in Richland Michigan is always a joke they have two lanes to order but only use one it takes forever in line. I have to sit at least 10 to 15 min everytime I go in line and then I have to check my order before I pull away because more times than not it's wrong.
Their Macchiato machine was down! Is that the new "The ice cream machine is broken?" I've seen a few McDonald's now that have said that. At least the McChicken was good, it tasted better than usual somehow ?
It was McDonald's. They got my order correct. I didn't wait 20 minutes or longer to receive my order. It was hot and freshly cooked.
I've been wanting breakfast from there so it was good and I downloaded the app so it was buy one get one... always ? nice
This mcdonalds is hit or miss. Sometimes they are fantastic and other times they royally mess up. It doesn't seem to have any logical rhyme or reason. This particular visit was a great one. The order was correct, they were speedy and polite. We frequent this one often since it closest.
The McDonald's on Colombia is the best by far! This one is runner up. All I can say is triple check your order. They will ALWAYS mess something up. The people are friendly and the lines go fast. It's now available for dining in.
This was the weirdest McDonald's experience I've ever had. Went through ordered a couple cheeseburgers with only ketchup and onions and a couple of coffee drinks. I had to remind them to give me my food after they gave me the coffee then they ended up giving me two bags of food so I didn't understand. I didn't get my drink but I was thinking I got it already. I have family in the area so I don't think I'll be back to this McDonald's though.
Very rude today because I didn't want to deal with a certain person. That's cool though because the food is terrible anyway. Half the people are ok. You ask to speak someone and then not to start out supposedly causing a scene and you get the police called on you. I know so much about the poor management in this building as my daughter's had loose lips.
