Terrible service from rude old ladies that don't know anything about customer service!!Never got our iced coffees, and when I went to get a refund, the old lady told me that she was yelling at me from behind the counter while I was ordering from the kiosk, saying the machines are being cleaned.Who in their right mind yells at customers from behind the counter, and expects them to know that they're yelling at them.. I never acknowledged her, so why would the old lady think that I heard her.. Maybe next time she'll go up to the customer and talk to them directly, instead of yelling at them from behind the counter! Just maybe.
Staff was very pleasant, but the cook got my oder totally wrong.
Twice in the last week they have given my order away to someone else & both times they have acted as if it was my fault for their stupidity. Zero stars. I’ll drive across town to McDonald’s for now on
Super busy, this one has the double drive thru, so it's chaos after you order.
With how busy this mcdonalds is you would think there would be enough staff. Don't go inside cause no one is ever at the front counter like back in the day someone only had to do front counter. Their number one is drive thru. I ordered through the app and waited 25 minutes!! I went inside and asked what the deal was. They were too focused on drive thru. The morning lady manager is not very nice and seems like she is always bothered. She refused to give me ranch that I ordered on the app but since I didn't order nuggets she wouldn't give them to me. Stop being ridiculous over sauces!
I had an emergency,I depended on the free wifi, that HAS been available before... and my "pinger" phone could not Function properly, AT ALL.... ? tragedy.. I can no longer support McDonald's... Corp.They, Take, Take, Take !!!!!!! ?Soooo, New American.
Sticklers with that extra sauce fee. Certain staff are super nice. Clean. Public bathroom. Baseball season, the weekends are crazy busy.
It's McDonalds. You get what you pay for, in our case we paid for cheese for our sausage, egg and cheese biscuits and there was no cheese on all 3. I showed it to the cashier and asked for just a side of cheese. She said they don't do that, instead she took my biscuits, took them to the back and they put cheese on them and popped them in the microwave. Less than impressed but again, it is McDonalds.
Inside was a mess! Food all over the floor bathrooms had toilet paper all over.. Didnt even order because of it.
I ordered one of their new chicken sandwiches deluxe and didn't get the right sandwich. I was starving so I attempted to eat it and The chicken was full of gristle or fat. Very disappointed.
