Everything is made fresh and to order so you wait for a couple minutes but it's worth it the food is excellent the staff is very friendly and advise you of any specials that are going on when you order so you get the best deal we love it!
Omg, the quality of Long John Silvers food has went WAY WAY WAY DOWN! My husband brought our fish, shrimp, and chicken meals home and they were NOT edible! The fish pieces were VERY thin and leather-like. The chicken and shrimp, were no better. Asked for tarter sauce, was given honey mustard! They hush puppies were huge, and they did load us up on those, probably because they knew the fish, which they shouldn't have been serving in the first place, was not fit for human consumption!
I haven't been to Long John Silver's in a very long time, but this one tasted a whole lot better than the one on 28th Street. The food was cooked to order and tasted fresh. My mom is ready to drive an 1 hour and so minutes to get their food.
Food was cold so microwaving it was their solution. The food wasn't cold anymore but still tasted awful. I took two bites and ended up vomiting after due to it making me sick to my stomach. Do not recommend unless you're wanting to risk catching a food born illness.
Fish and shrimp were perfect! Fries were underdone :( and bummed they didn't serve clams anymore. Floors need a serious degreasing before someone falls. And the HUSHPUPPIES! Well that should just go without saying, but just in case... YUM!-thank you "baby fishy" (as our daughter calls ya) You are her fav!
Good was a little burned and we did not get any of the famous crisps you used to get back in the day. You can tell they are going belly up.
Great service, the food was hot, and the food tasted good. We had an issue with our order which we didn't realize until we got home. The manager (Kia) took care of us the very next day.Be mindful that there might be a little of a wait; I'm guessing due to staff shortages.The staff there handled the situation like pros. They were very observant and had great attitudes. I will definitely be back.

It's a bit of a wait sometimes because they only have a few staff working, but the food is always hot and cooked perfectly. I wish people would give them more patience.
Went on Mother's day which was also my birthday. Was told they have no sides available, including hush puppies. Ordered some chicken since there wasn't much of anything available
