Pizza was not done they rush cooking time to much . There working hrs . Should b open later and only open certain days when all others are open
They ALWAYS short the marinara cups. I didn’t leave a review until now because we’ve never asked specifically for more, because we couldn’t through the apps/website. So when I went through the drive through today and asked for 2 full cups of sauce in addition to the pizza and crazy combo, they COMPLETELY disregarded me, even though I politely asked 3 times at the speaker when I was placing my order. We’ve almost never had this issue at the other location - but it was closer to wear I was running errands today - so thought maybe if I ask - WRONG. The only reason we choose LC pizza is because the sauce (for personal reasons regarding a child). I understand cutting corners - but I specifically asked nicely, multiple times. I’m done being nice. I paid for 3 cups of sauce and got 3/4 of a full cup between the 3 sauces.
The parking is terrible and it gets really crowded fast due to how small the lobby is. It's a typical little Caesars with limited choices and minimally trained staff doing the best they can.
The price is always good. The quality of the pizza is a hit or miss most times. When you hear a worker say im just going to shut the phones off! Red Flags all day! They need different management or better organization with the staff.
A little bit of a wait but the staff was amazing, apologized for the wait. Friendly staff, delicious, hot pizza and bread sticks. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the amazing work.
Poor customer service. They canceled my order and wasn’t going to refund my money. Be carful of scammers at this store or giving away your food!
Refused to sell more than 4 pizzas to feed an entire church youth group, saying they DON'T break the four per customer limit.
They are always fast. I love the crew here. They have a great attitude and always make sure you leave happy.
As you can see, in EVERY review, this place is NOT the place to go. They NEVER answer their phone - do they even bother training people? It’s actually quite simple to answer a phone. The food here is dry, flavorless, and entirely not worth the wait. The owner of this place needs to get more hands on, and hire a better manager. I’m surprised this business is even still running with how careless the owner and the employees here are. Answer your phones at the least. Horrible service, horrendous food.
